We booked in advance, because my friend and I had 4 dogs between us, and we were given a table in the corner which was perfect. The Master Builder – SouthamptonSecond time for a Sunday roast. This time not so good. Chose the Florence as we love Maya and the exceptional food quality and flavours. The first visit to the Florence didn’t disappoint, amazing flavours, especially the roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese! This visit however the flavours just weren’t there and there was no cauliflower cheese available. The service was very quick which I know some people like but it wasn’t busy so there wasn’t a turnaround issue, we felt very rushed. All staff were super friendly and drinks were great! The toast was really nice but just not that wow factor this time. Will return though Thank you

The Seahorse – GosportFirst time we visited yesterday 25th January 2026. The staff are all amazing and friendly which makes people keep returning. Food is very tasty and quite big portions. My boyfriend had just a main but I had to go for the full 3 courses and so happy I did. My bf had Pork Belly and veg, I had Garlic Mushrooms for starter then ham,eggs chips and extra beans then I had a lemon meringue pie with cream. We will most definitely be returning at some point. We love all the New Forest pubs that we've visited so far, never a bad
