Lovely atmosphere superb food very welcoming, fantastic menu and the staff are amazing

Excellent quality of food all freshly cooked, I had the chicken skewers and my wife had the myalian burger very nice. Could have done with a more selection of beer on draught than just one.

Met up with some friends and as always good food, good service and attentive staff

First time at the Sultan. Nice building and decor but slightly disappointed with service and friendliness of staff particularly the head waiter/floor manager. He seemed disinterested and made very little effort to welcome or communicate with us. Maybe he was having a bad day but there was a lack of atmosphere and friendliness. Waitresses were friendly but didn't seem well organised and spent a lot of time chatting to each other and not tending to their customers.

First visit under new owners and excellent overall experience. Great food, brilliant service, overall a thoroughly enjoyable lunch with friends.

We came on Saturday 2nd as a party of 4 and were seated quickly and efficiently. We were informed that there was a delay on food but were not told of the duration which was off putting but we decided to stay for the food after seeing good reviews. A wide of choice of food greeted us and it was decided that 3 of the party would have the chicken stack. When we received these we were dismayed to find that the food was not as described and no explanation was given of why the bun had been replaced with crusty bread toasted. I mentioned to the server who didn't offer an explanation but apologised and that was that. No alternative was given which was dissapointing. Overall the food was lovely however I feel the customer service was lacking and non informative. We were seated upstairs and the floor was shaking everything someone walked by our table so I feel this needs to be looked at as a matter of urgency.

This was my first time visiting the restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, a very beautiful dining room. The food was absolutely fantastic, it was brought out quickly and was lovely and hot. The staff were polite, if a little brusque at times. The experience was brilliant and definitely worth the money. We would definitely visit again.

we had a wonderful meal on sunday , lovely fresh food, great service , a special mention for our waiter , Tony was very attentive , welcoming , our last meal here was in april but he remembered my wife had just retired at the time ,asking if she was enjoying retirement . can't wait for our next visit.

Congratulations to all the staff at Ginger for their recent award. Very well deserved. Lunch yesterday was lovely as always. Great atmosphere, interesting new menus and friendly staff. What more can you want for a Monday.

Dined on Saturday lunchtime. Nice atmosphere, friendly service. Lovely food, served nice and hot. Most of our party dined from the lunchtime menu which was very good value.

Absolutely delicious! The menu is amazing with lots of choices and options for everyone. The food came very quickly considering the amount we ordered and everything was really delicious. I couldn't fault a single part. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and we had a great time. I can't wait for the next visit!

Booked a table for 6pm. It was quiet - only 2 other tables were occupied. After 25mins, having not even been offered drinks or poppadoms, we left to eat elsewhere. Disappointing.

We arrived for our booking at 7pm, we were shown to our table. We waited ages to be asked if we would like drinks. Ordered our food which came quickly. After finishing our meal we was asked if we wanted to see a sweet menu, we said yes and 15 minutes later we still hadn’t seen the menu so I just asked for the bill and left. So annoyed. We wont rush to go back there.
