Toms Table – ClitheroeDelicious as always. Fantastic menu, spoilt for choice. Already know what I want to try next time!
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonNice place and the food is quite good but a tad over priced at £19.95. Sorry will not be back at that price.
Astoria – BurnleyExcellent food and excellent service. Nice menu and couldn’t fault the food. The only issues are the venue is very small so the entrance is not really anywhere you can stand as between kitchen and restaurant and there is only one toilet! Not ideal and hopefully they will relocate to bigger premises at some point!
Toms Table – ClitheroeWas very much looking to this meal, however disappointedly the website does not give a true impression of what the service and food was like. Hospitality was lacking. Food was okay but would of expected more all round.
Sultan Of Lancaster – LancasterWe booked online and that was easy and OK. We booked for 6.30 pm to have time for our train home. We really enjoyed the food and the service was very good too. The ladies toilet was filthy. Water and paper mess. No loo roll. I let the waitress know and she did go in to clean but these things should be looked at regularly. It wasn't late at night. We will go again because the food was good. Its also a beautiful building. Zero alcohol no problem.
Sultan Of Lancaster – LancasterAmazing meal last night. Tomato soup to die for. And the katsu curry was delicious. Fast friendly service. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommended. It’s has become our favourite local.
The Station Hotel – LancasterGreat atmosphere, nice decor, fast service polite friendly staff. Newly opened so a few minor hickups but nothing to complain about. Great food and good sized selection.
Sydney’s of Lancaster – LancasterExcellent AGAIN. Food superb, friendly courteous staff. Even got a lift home when we couldn’t get a taxi. Thank you all at Quattro.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkRachel & her teamcare top class. The food is some of the best in the ribble vslkey. Atmosphere v good. Never dissapointed. Highly recommended.
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeAbsolutely top clasd in every way, service, food, atmosphere. Best place in the ribble valley. Highly recommended. Well done rachel & team. Xxx
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeVery filling meals. Quick service. No house red wine. Busy atmosphere. Lamb chops, lamb kebab, chicken sizzler & moussaka. All meals were hot and enjoyed.
Anatolia Grill – St HelensExcellent food and service. Well worth it for a lovely date night. The only reason I didn't give full marks is because over £5 for a pint of beer is too steep. But I had a lovely meal with my wife and recommend the sea bass. Good work quattros and staff!!!
Quattro’s – OrmskirkLovely, freshly cooked food served piping hot within good time. Delicious, varied menu, which catered for all dietary needs. Great atmosphere and very pleasant, attentive staff. One tiny complaint, the hummus was a little bland, needing more seasoning, but everyone else's food wonderful. Would recommend.
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonFab, fab, fab. Always great aste, atmosphere and friendly staff. Best place ever. X
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeVisited Saturday afternoon. The food was delicious and excellent value, as was the Puglia wine. Brief but varied menu. The service was attentive from all the staff. Good choice of (appropriately calm) background music too. Will definitely be visiting again.
Site Pizzeria – TodmordenWe decided to give the Ginger Bistro a try for dinner, as we had never been before. Are we glad we did. So much choice on the menu, the staff were really friendly and the food was hot and absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were good also. The break between courses was short, but long enough for a little breather without leaving you waiting. This has now become our firm favourite place to eat, we will definitely be going back, often.
