We have been three times in the last couple of weeks, twice as a couple and once as a group of five, and we haven't ever been disappointed. There is a warm and cosy atmosphere and the food is fantastic. We can't recommend it enough.

This is the third time I’ve been here (lunchtime and evening) and I can’t fault the food. It’s great that they have a good selection of vegetarian choices. Service is friendly and attentive. My only recommendation to visitors is if it’s a chilly day as you enter the restaurant ask to sit to the left as the draught every time the door opens is really chilly for diners sat to the right, in front of the bar area. Apart from that it’s great to have such a great little bistro in Fulwood. Keep up the good work

Food and service were fabulous ! The only thing that was wrong was that we didn't get one of our dishes but we only realized once we left.! Our fault! Great place, great atmosphere 10/10!

Again, another lovely lunchtime meal with excellent service. Extremely good value for money. Looking forward to going again soon.

Visited the Assheton Arms over the Easter weekend. We sat outside with a drink and admired the view before dining, as the sun was shining. The food was lovely, biggest piece of salmon I have ever been served in a restaurant. The service was spot on and the staff very friendly. We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area.

I came with colleagues for the lunchtime set menu. We pre-ordered as we only had a short time to eat. Everything as usual was excellent. Food and services. We will be back. Thanks again Karen

Really great evening! Ten of us went for food and drinks and everyone had a great time. The food was amazing! One minor set back was the Strawberry Daqouri, didnt really taste of strawberry, more like pure rum! However that was one drink out of many! All in all still deserves 5/5. Thanks, we will be back!

We took two of our friends for lunch on 26 April and we all had excellent meals. Our friends, who had not been before, both said they would definitely be returning. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

I would 100% recommended the Ginger Bistro! The food was amazing, the service was perfect and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The menu had such a variety of options, catering for everyone which is brilliant and it is such good value for money. Everyone should definitely pay The Ginger Bistro a visit!

Lovely atmosphere & great good.

Fantastic meal out - Thursday steak special for two including wine for under £30 all in. Couldn't resist the sharer platter of mixed Mediterranean treats. All served with care and flair. The steaks were the best we have had in a long while with the crispiest onion rings and vine tomatoes, mushrooms and home cooked chips. Colette was attentive and friendly. Altogether a most pleasant meal in attractive surroundings. We will be back! Congratulations to the chef and team

We've been there twice so far. A wonderful place to eat and relax. Staff are very friendly and they serve delicious food. A very nice quite place to eat in the heart of Fullwood
