An excellent meal with a mixture of Dim sum and dishes from the A la carte menu, all arrived without delay with staff who were attentive and courteous and provided a feeling of participation with our meal to add to the enjoyment

The Kings Arms – RichmondMy daughter and I had a great time! The cats are amazing, love feeding them and playing with the fishing rods with them. Lovely to see their individual characters. Staff were so helpful and polite. We bought some cakes and drinks however time was very short to enjoy them and was shame that we need to leave although we didn't finish our food.... in my opinion you should extend the session to 1hr.30mnt as 1hr is very very short time to eat and play with cats...

Came with family who used to live in Hong King and they really enjoyed (and they are particular about Asian food in the uk) . Staff were great and accommodating of our young children.

My only comment…….the chicken came with mash which should have been sautéed potatoes , there were 26 in our group and I couldn’t send it back and risk waiting ages for it to be corrected.
