Been twice recently but many times over the years, recent visits have both been large parties 20 & 8 so had probably a full selection of the menu both Xmas and normal and all meals where excellent no complaints. All in all Great food, great value and fabulous service

Recently visited for Sunday lunch. Delicious! Did not disappoint. Plenty of fresh tasty veg, three meats to choose from and plenty of gravy. Cannot comment on dessert as I was too full. Looked amazing though. Staff were, as always, friendly and polite, nothing to much trouble. Mark at reception greeted us with a lovely warm welcome.

We go quite regularly & the staff have always been friendly & welcoming. I visited earlier in the month with a group of 22 work friends for a leaving do. They were very accommodating for people who were arriving later than the main party & nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good. Visited again on Sunday with friends & the food was excellent, as was the service.

Chose to eat at this restaurant because of it's good review on the internet. We weren't disappointed and will return in the future.

As always the service and welcome was good and friendly, The food was at its best as it has been since our first visit. All our party were happy with their choice of food and all our plates were empty. We look forward to our next visit with anticipation.

Amazing Sunday carvery today. Food cooked to perfection , staff lovely and nice christmassy atmosphere. Can’t beat Tocketts carvery and we have been to a lot !

Had a lovely lunch on Sunday. Salmon en croute was delicious, especially the sauce. My husband enjoyed his seafood parcel too and thought the chips were beautifully crispy. Sticky toffee pudding was great too but may have tipped me over the edge! Great service. Will definitely be back! We found the restaurant a bit cold too though it warmed up after a while.

The food was amazing. Best we’ve had for a long time, nice portions, quality ingredients, subtle flavours. Just awesome. Staff friendly and not overbearing. Surroundings lovely and comfortable. We will definitely go back.
