We visited last weekend, and the service was excellent; the staff were very attentive. However, there was some confusion about the gluten-free menu. The sweet and sour sauce was listed as gluten-free, but we were later told it contains malt vinegar, which has gluten in. Additionally, we were informed that all their meat contains MSG, so cannot be included on the gluten-free menu, but MSG doesn't contain gluten. I believe their gluten-free menu needs a review. The food was fantastic, though a little on the pricey side. Will definitely be back.

The food and service was outstanding. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal together. The venue was decorated very festive and got you in the Christmas spirit.

Visted quite a few times this year for drinks and food. Sat in both the bar and the restaurant sides. The staff are always very friendly and professional, food and service are always great. Love the quirkiness and atmosphere in the bar side.

Visited 18/12/24 for lunch. Booking was for 12.45 for 3 people we received our food at 14.12! I've visited many times and it's been great. However, I've never waited over an hour for food anywhere. I understand there were a few big christmas parties in, but they would have ordered in advance, so the prep should have been done. The wait time was ridiculous. Not enough staff and goodness knows what was going on in the kitchen! The food was lovely which saved the day!

Very Pleased with the booking service as we were a party of 25, choices of festive fayre and a la carte menu. Had to pay for meal ahead of the date which most members of the group were happy to do. The meal service was good and the portion sizes were extremely generous ( if anything over generous was the general comment.) Everyone on the party gave feedback that they had really enjoyed the evening. The setting was warm, colourful and comfortable ( plenty of space between seats) with a cheerful, relaxed atmosphere.

Booked Sunday 4pm with family who do not live locally .Great food as always great value for money but we felt rushed ! Not sure if a larger party was booked in later . Of course we will return hopefully will be able to enjoy and relax a little more .
