Visited Sambucca restaurant yesterday for tea. Great menu choice and fantastic service

My wife and I enjoyed our first experience at Little Sicily. A little gem in Bridlington. We had booked a while in advance and just as well as they were turning away people as fully booked. The food was excellent and the service was attentive but not intrusive. It was great value. The only negative, which is not a reflection on the restaurant, was the loudness of a group of “Housewives of Bridlington” behind us. We hope to come to Bridlington more regularly than in the past and hope to become regulars. Many thanks.

Myself,daughter and 2 grandkids arrived and shown to out table. Found the waitress abrupt. Ordered. Waited over a hour for our food. My daughter had to send her Parmo back as burnt underneath. A new one arrived quickly. Mine was dry on the top but didn’t complain. We were celebrating a special occasion which was marred by the not so good evening. The manager was very apologetic

We've eaten here twice recently and both times the food was really lovely. The kleftico in particular was excellent. Great service and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

The food was lovely and the atmosphere and ambience in the conservatory was excellent. However, a 1hr and 15 minute gap between arriving and the food being brought to the table was unacceptable. To be fair they did take a few pounds off the bill but that is not the point.. Of the restaurant is really busy then the kitchen needs enough staff to cope - or take less bookings.

Food excellent but service haphazard. Other tables' food brought to us . Dessert and extra wine forgotten until chased .

We had a lovely meal here with friends recently, it was busier than I expected for a Tuesday evening. we hadn't been here before but will definitely be back, in fact we have booked again for next week with some different friends! Great food, great staff, great atmosphere! Thanks very much.

Posh pub fare. Sticky toffee pudding was amazing. Nice vegan sausage roll.

Lovely restaurant with excellent staff. Lack of disabled parking which I needed for my sister. Food was good but a little expensive. Small pot of chunky fries £3.95 We did not know about the meal deal and was not offered it. Still don't know what it comprises of. Had a 9 year old obese child with us but there was nothing suitable for her so she ended up having the small plate meal which was really to much for her.

We took 3 of our grandchildren for a meal on Wednesday evening as a treat. They spent quite a while deciding what to choose because of such an extensive menu. Choices made, we placed our order (mostly different dishes) We waited a while to be served which is fine as everything is cooked to order. All the meals arrived together, hot and plentiful. Nobody had any complaints at all about their food and all eager to visit again. I would like to add as a matter of courtesy that when the waiter came to collect the dishes, he noticed I was still eating so said he would come back. I really appreciate that as I often have to ask members of staff not to clear tables if some guests are still eating so thank you for that.

Excellent food backed up with attentive, friendly service. Great atmosphere and very busy when we visited but that didn't affect the service. Lamb Koftas were superb! Great place!

A bit of a hiccup with the final bill but got sorted eventually. Excellent food and lovely people.

First time eating at Le bistro in Skipton. Food was lovely everyone really enjoyed their meals. The only thing that let it down was after looking at the menu online I was looking forward to coq au vin but it was not on the menu in the restaurant, but it was still 10/10.

AS USUAL- A SUPER MEAL AND EVENING FOR MY CLOSE FRIENDS' 90TH BIRTHDAY MEAL OUT.. HE ENJOYED IT IMMENSLEY- AS DID WE ALL. FULL HOUSE ON A TUESDAY- EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE-- NEVER FAILS TO PLEASE--11 OUT OF 10 !!..ALREADY LOOKING TO BOOK OUR NEXT VISIT
