meals where extremely small for nearly £10 a go and the lasagna wasn't very nice ,must be under new management as this place used to be the best in teesside , i'm not a happy customer and wont be using this place again

We went to Rice in Yeadon last night and it was the best curry we have had in years, the service was great, good value tasty fresh food at a great price it will now be our favourite place to eat and get takeaways. The place is so busy so you will need to book a table. ENJOY!!!

I have travelled the world, yet this is the very best Italian restaurant I have ever been to, it's small, friendly, bustling, noisy in fact just like my mothers home, when all the family arrive for a meal... Wonderful place to have great food, fine wine and just enjoy the excellent service with good conversation and laughter. A treat, if you can get in.

I have visited Valentino's for many different occasions and they never fail to make you feel like you are special from the second you walk in the door where there is always a friendly face to be greeted by to the good night at the end of a wonderful experience. I have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and just lovely evenings out, we have always had amazing service, nothing is any trouble for the staff and the food is always delicious from pleasing the eye to the flavour. It is definitely a place for everyone.

I have been coming here for years. The food is great and the service is efficient. The food is good value for money but can't say the same for soft drinks. That said I will not be returning again as the barman has twice shown me an extremely bad attitude and he assumes the customer is always wrong. Shame really but as a paying customer I expect to be spoken to with respect. Poor show Mr. Barman.

Great restaurant, great food, great service, great all round , Really ! ...

Me and my partner went to the Lambwath for lunch on the 15th of fed 2012. The service at the bar want great, we also to ask for ice in our drinks. We then went through to the dinning area to eat, we had to go round searching for cutlery. When I eventually found some it was dirty. We then got our food which want nice whatsoever,it didn't taste of anything the stuffing was like rubber and the meal itself was cold. As for the staff they where rude,didn't even ask if we had finished our meals,just snatched the plates and walked off.. In fact she didn't even say one word to us. Seemed to have plenty to say to the other waitress. Stood about talking whist they where plenty to be getting on with. The tables had plates left on them,customers where moving plates and glasses onto other tables,so they could be seated. The tables where not even been wiped clean. Then I popped to the loo on the way out,oh what a surprise they where dirty and out of toilet roll. We will never be stepping foot in this place again.

Great food and very friendly service. Strongly recommend you give it a try.

Just had a meal from tea time favourites and it was really nice and very quick delivery, I will be ordering from them again in the future

Went here yesterday (Sunday) and thought the place was great. Chicken was juicy and succulent with just the right amount of spice and heat (I had vindaloo, my wife had madras, both spot-on). Starters were not quite as good, although certainly not rubbish by any means. If anything, the main course was 2 or 3 pieces of chicken short of perfection. Definitely worth visiting. Decor, service and food great. Prices? £20 for two of us (no drinks I do have to say)

The best Chinese in the area!! We are regular customers and the staff are very friendly and they make a fuss of us in a discreet 'Chinese' way. The food is delicious and soooo different to the Cantonese food which we also enjoy.

Sunday dinner was the best our group of four had ever had out. every week we try a new place, its by far the best ! plus the service was superb. WELL DONE to all. I don't want to try anywhere else. Look forward to next time.

Recently on a visit to North Yorkshire we called into the Boars Head for something to eat and drink. The food was excellent. It was quality and tasty home cooked food. Compliments to the chef. The Proprietor Derek who served us our food and drinks was most helpful and welcoming. It was that good that we returned again the next day!

Poor food, unfriendly service, appalling management attitude...AVOID!!! If anyone is considering a trip to this place then I advise you to reconsider and keep driving. From the moment we walked in the service was terrible. Met by a rude waitress who clearly didn't want to be there let alone serve our party with any form of manners. We were eventually seated after a lengthy wait for a pre-booked table. The overall food quality was  substandard at best given the prices. the quality of ale served was inconsistent with the occasional merky looking fluid that will literally begin to separate leaving a large amount of sediment at the bottom of the glass.  Please be aware of the management if you feel a complaint is in order. After complaining to the waitress I felt the quality of the food and drink should be brought to their attention as I'm sure any good restaurant owner would appreciate the feedback. Kerry Merrill, one of the managers/owners was more than happy to stand and dispute my feedback with an aggressive, condescending, augmentative manner. Jamie Merrill, the other manager/owner, couldn't even muster the enthusiasm to stand from his seat to offer any form of apology or explanation. The nail in the coffin came after showing them the merky pint of ale only to be out right told that I must have put something in it to make it look in such away and in no way shape or form could it be simply a bad pint. I was even more shocked that I was threatened with the police if the party was to leave without payment due to the appalling service. They both seriously lack good management traits with zero customer service skills. They handled my complaint with complete incompetence with the occasional use of bad language thrown in to add to there quality service.  After clearly getting no where with either of them and receiving no form of apology our party cleared the bill and left disgusted...a spoilt birthday meal! AVOID!!!
