The value for money and service at Wok 1 is exceptional. The choice and quality of food is better and more varied that restaurants twice the price. It is a real gem.

I've eaten here for three or four years. I have taken loads of friends along at intervals and we all agree the food is excellent. The portions are very large, consider getting leftovers boxed-up to take home. They are very happy to do this. Busy and humming !

Recently taken over and now serving real home made food. Great rural atmosphere and superb food. The sunday dinners take some beating! I've been several times since opening, and will continue to!

Two meals here so far and I intend to make it three very shortly. The food is excellent, the portion sizes good, the ambience and staff very friendly. Beer and wine selection should, I imagine, cater for most tastes. On top of all this, the pricing for the meals I have had were very competitive for this area.

We decided to drop into this pub for something to eat. The welcome was very friendly, and the service very good. The menu was simply worded, and very reasonably priced. As a result we were expecting bland, frozen food! However, we were very pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of food. I ordered smoked haddock fishcakes, and they were homemade and really tasty. My partner ordered lasagne, and again that was homemade and very tasty. I think this place undersells itself. The service, and food were great. We'll be going back for a 2nd visit. The only negative comment is that the TV was on in the background instead of some nice background music.

I have visited this restaurant many times over the years, and I love it. The service is great, and food is very good. It's take your booze, so the price of the meal is very cheap. It's always busy, so better to book a table. Definitely worth a visit.

We went to the Lantern last night for the first time. The food was excellent and so was the service. I'm sure it won't be long until our next visit. If your looking for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with great food on offer, you should give it a try!

Rinaldis has re-opened with a new vibrant modern feel. The food is brilliant with Felice Di Giorno as the man in charge. Well worth a try. You will not be disappointed.

this casino bans women for no apparent reason and then ignores the letters the write for 5 years and then send harsh letters with no explanation saying the matter is not for discussion and are frankly very rude

I just love it !!! Food is gorgeous - buffet is outstanding and Ash just makes you feel so welcome and important. Outstanding restaurant would never have a curry anywhere else !

we went to la tavas in a group of 6, and we were all disappointed the size of the portions were more for children,and the food was not that good, and it was i was pricey. the place had no atmosphere the manageress was abrupt and very off handed all you heard was her yelling at the poor waitresses. no we won't be going again and will not recommend either

Extremely impressed with this place, The food was brilliant and the service was excellent. We ate from the early bird menu so it was also fantastic value. Highly recommended.

Went over the bank holiday, love Indian food the place was recommended by a friend - was surprised i hadn't heard about if before - tasty food, great value, good service, will definitely be going again - well worth a visit!!
