Christakis Aigburth – AigburthAs always the food was great, the pizzas are delicious with a lovely thin crispy base. They are great value as well. The pub is always buzzing and the staff are friendly and the service is very quick. Perfect for a pre and post theatre stop.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreA bit disappointed this evening never had to write anything regarding the service always good but this evening my husband and I order a desert waited 50 mins no desert husband went up to ask what was happening with desert the member of staff explained it had not gone through but they had charged us for the desert, again they said it has gone through waited another 20 min in the he end we asked for money back what a bloody joke we'll that is another place off my list
The Sefton Arms – West DerbyBooked a table for my daughter’s birthday. 2nd time we’ve been here. Staff polite and friendly - offered my children sweets after our meal and gave us complimentary ice cream for her birthday. The best prawn toast I’ve tasted for a long time. The sizzling steak in Cantonese sauce is sooo tasty. Highly recommend!
Sing Faye – WooltonAbsolutely loved this little gem! Really friendly staff and great food (the scouse is amazing). Very reasonable prices too. Will definitely return when I’m next in the area!
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentrePolitely greeted at the door and seated with menus. The service we received throughout the night was outstanding. The food as always was tasty, delicious and well presented. Thank you for a lovely evening
Ayuthaya – CrosbyThe food was ok but not as good as it was when we last visited. The duck was very dry and there wasn't lots of meat. We each had a main course and side which were also ok, also a bit dry without lots of sauce. The restaurant is lovely and the staff were friendly. A bit on the pricey side for half a duck, a couple of drinks each and 4 main courses.
Ying Wah Restaurant – WooltonMe and my partner visited on a Tuesday evening at 6pm so we ordered from the two course evening menu which was £15 each. We ordered the feta cheese spring rolls and the halloumi starters and the chicken kebab for our which came with chips and a small amount of diced salad. We asked for them to come with the mains which it did, and the everything also arrived very quickly too which was great. We also asked for a side of Greek salad. The food and service was amazing and would definitely go again. We also got given some lovely bread as a side for free which was included which is a nice touch as other places you have to pay extra for. The chicken was so tender and the starters were a very decent sized portion. Definitely excellent value for money. To top it off we also ordered a chocolate fudge cake to share which was delicious.
Christakis Aigburth – AigburthFood and service was great and I thought it was very good value for money. The barman even made us a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu which was great. Would highly recommend.
Tik Taco – SouthportHad not been for quite some time and we enjoyed our meal and service was great and staff very helpful.
Master McGraths – SouthportAbsolutely lovely as always, very good value and very tasty. Great service too
Christakis Aigburth – AigburthThis is a great pub with lots of character and atmosphere. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. The giant Yorkshire pudding and Scouse was amazing; hot, tasty and lots of it. I would certainly eat and drink at this pub again.
