not great at all we booked few weeks in advance for 7pm and then wanted to change to 7h30, sent 3 emails, never got any reply. When we arrived to the restaurant, we spent several minutes waiting to be seated. Waiters passed us and keep ignoring. Food was ok however were we were at dessert waiter came and asked us to vacate the table. we wont be back

We were unable to have all the dishes served at the same time: consequently, we had to wait for our main course dishes and then these were brought one at a time (party of 7) - this made it a long process before everyone was served. Drinks service also seemed slow: I appreciate that restaurants are generally busier on Saturdays but this spoiled an otherwise good evening.

The unique entrance to the restaurant always adds to the relaxing ambience of The Sing Faye as you enter across a small bridge with goldfish pond and water fountain. It is an absolute gem and perfect evening out!
