Ying Wah Restaurant – WooltonGreat food and service, as always!
Christakis Aigburth – AigburthWe arrived early and are table was made ready. Service was prompt but we felt rushed. We were asked if we wanted everything together and we said yes assuming that meant all mains being delivered at the same time rather than individually, what it actually meant is the crispy duck was delivered with the mains which I have never experienced before. The food was very good but we ordered half a duck and received only 6 pancakes which was totally inadequate. Whilst we were eating we were asked if the 4th chair could be taken from our table which we agreed only for it to be returned within 2 minutes which was a bit bizarre. Once the plates were being taken away the waiter actually brushed my arm to take a single unused piece of cutlery away and he didn't even apologise. We were gone in under 45 minutes and so when I said we felt rushed I was not joking. Hopefully this was just a bad night at the office as it is our favourite Chinese in South Liverpool.

Ayuthaya – CrosbyBest restaurant in Newton Le Willows Small venue - which brings personal service and high quality cuisine Lots of choice and cooked fresh - not mass produced Friendly staff and proprietor on site giving exemplary leadership and oversight
Goya Bistro – St. HelensAwful service, booked a table, came in 15 mins early, ordered bang on time for our booking, and the food took over an hour to come. No one came to check up on us until we complained and 2 different excuses were told to us. It's a shame as its really spoiled our view on the place and the waitress was rude.
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreAmazing food as always whenever we visit. Also great service too, main server really attentive!
Tik Taco – SouthportVisited with a cousin on a Thursday night. We were made very welcome by the staff. We both had the festive 3 course menu. Portions and presentation were very good and all the food was fresh and excellent. Good mix of veg, cooked just right. Good value for money. Staff were young and very pleasant and we enjoyed everything about the experience. Wish it was closer to home so that driving wasn't necessary and I could have had a nice wine to accompany the meal. Will certainly recommend it to friends and family. Surprised it wasn't busier.
Master McGraths – SouthportAs always a beautiful warming bowl of scouse, staff always friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Can’t fault it.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreFirst time we have visited this restaurant and what a little gem it is. We were greeted with big smiles and shown to a table. Excellent choice of food and wines at good prices. All the food was superb and very well presented. We will definitely be back soon and highly recommend it.
