Great food, good choice on menu, would recommend

We were also in Liverpool (from Scotland) for a concert at the Philharmonic Hall and had an early meal. This is a very friendly restaurant with great staff and an excellent chef. My husband had the souvlaki and I had the salmon with rice and salad. My salmon was cooked to perfection and was delicious and my husband enjoyed his chicken as well. The only very slight criticism we have is that the portions were too big. We didn't think it was necessary to have both bread and rice or bread and chips in my husband's case. We hate wasting food but couldn't manage the portions. Next time we will know what to ask for. It is a very good restaurant and ideal for the Phil. Come early and have a walk round the block before the concert. Please go and enjoy.

Ohh I love it here! I came last month for my birthday, and we just visited again for my friends birthday. We both got the celebration package, which gets you a lovely little hand written card, a HUGE birthday cake, a little jar of cat treats, and a nicely decorated table. And let me tell you, the cats KNOW. The minute that birthday rug is put on that table, they swarm. And it’s magical. Trying to eat cake while 10 cats fight you for crumbs is a religious experience . And the atmosphere is so welcoming, the vibes so chill and cozy. It really is great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. And oh my god, THE CATS!! If I could have left there with my coat stuffed with wriggling catnapped kitties, I would have. This is the best cat cafe, definitely come here if you’re looking for a really good day out, I couldn’t recommend it more. I’ll definitely be back soon, thanks!

Visited on a Friday night when restaurant was quiet, lovely window table overlooking dock with all the christnas lights.Staff were very friendly and helpful, service was great. Sharing Nachos were the best I’ve ever tasted. Would definitely visit again if up in Liverpool.

enjoyed birthday celebration on table for 6, food was wonderful and staff very attentive. Confused a little by two menus but we got there in the end. We'll be back.

Dropped in for a meal and drinks before going to the Empire for a show. I had the most handmade pizza and my friend opted for the scouse which she said was lovely. Great atmosphere and service but advise booking a table if you’re eating there

We had a lovely, relaxing, fun time at the cafe. The cats were friendly and playful; the staff were welcoming and efficient; the cakes and drinks were delicious. Will definitely be returning soon!

Went for a meal before The Three Tenors at St George's Hall. Lovely and welcoming, excellent food and service. Pizza was delicious, thin and crispy, sharing platter was very filling and the scouse really good. Will definitely be back

Excellent food. Sea bass in particular was fantastic. Service was good, waiters were attentive. Restaurant was full which is good sign. Was quite expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for. Will definitely come again.

We were in Liverpool for a concert at the Philharmonic Hall and the restaurant is about 50 m away. Smart but informal ambience. Very friendly and attentive staff. Wide choice of menu items - we had mixed souvlaki and lamb chops. Veggie options available. Really good. Huge portions. Complimentary brownie with whipped cream was a nice surprise. Finally, really good value for money. Would strongly recommend this place.
