Sing Faye – WooltonFood was excellent, a wide variety of choice and also a great drinks menu including a selection of cocktails and mocktails. Portion sizes were generous. Unfortunately the service was not good at all. We were a party of 8 and asked for 2 bills but they brought our food separately! So one half of the party had finished before the other 4 got their starters. We asked if we could eat our mains together but this didn’t happen either. We waited 40 minutes between courses and30 minutes for drinks. This needs to get sorted as it spoiled our experience
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreFirst time at Goya and we were not disappointed, we visited on Sunday evening, they offer a tapas menu on Sundays at £7 per plate but you can order from the main menu too. Food was fantastic and plenty of options for vegetarian or vegan. Nice atmosphere and the young lady serving us was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be returning.
Goya Bistro – St. HelensGreat place, good food and service.
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreBooked for 12, and when we arrived the restaurant was fairly quiet. We were seated at a nice booth, but after waiting around 10 minutes with no service we had to flag someone down just to place our order. The food took about 30 minutes to arrive, which felt slow considering it was only three mains and the restaurant wasn’t busy. The food itself was fine, nothing special. When we asked for the bill, we again had to get someone’s attention to bring over a card machine. Meanwhile, several servers were standing around the serving hatch chatting and laughing while food was piling up on the hot plates. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, and we wouldn’t return.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreA fantastic meal and wonderful customer service as always .

Tik Taco – SouthportArrived on time for are booking & ordered food within 15 minutes, waited on are food 50 minutes to be told twice in between times we haven't forgot about yous, while others arrived some time after us & got there order before us, are food eventually arrives cold, 1 of are party of 5 ask for a lemonade which had taken that long we cancelled that drink order. Place wasn't that busy so that excuse can't be used, definitely a very bad experience.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreBooked a table for 2. Got there was shown to our table. Myself and my 86 year old mother. Half way through eating was told we had to move to a different table as a party of 6 had arrived and the table was needed for them.!! My mother and me had to take our food , drinks and belongings to the other table… that was up a ramp. My mother had a walking aid with her too. Which they didn’t give a damn about. The service was shocking , the food was freezing and there was never any staff around to help.! Very poor standards here book elsewhere.
Souvla Allerton – Mossley HillWe visited for dinner before the theatre Great value, we had a pizza each and a large wine Friendly service, it was very busy but food came quite quickly Delicious home made pizza and lovely wine A great go to!
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreFood was lovely, had a wrap and chips, my niece had southern fried chicken and my son a burger, all lovely, wouldn’t get the garlic bread again, it wasn’t worth the money and hardly no garlic on the French stick .
