Excellent food staff always helpful and efficient love eating there

Had a lovely fantastic meal. Food was fresh,hot and plenty of it. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The atmosphere was lovely warm and welcoming.

Lovely food the mushroom stroganoff was especially tasty with decent portions.

My first time at Sorella - what a lovely experience, the food was wonderful and the service was excellent. The waiter knew what I was going to choose before I told him!!! The taxi we ordered didn’t turn up so, although the staff had finished for the evening, they invited us back inside and got us a taxi within minutes, they went above and beyond - very impressed and grateful.

We visited The Rising Moon on 17/2/25 for lunch. The service was friendly and professional. The food was of a high standard. It was a relaxed atmosphere, I would return and highly recommend.

I had my baby shower at Sorella at the weekend and wow I couldn't fault anything, the service from the staff was second to non. The food was absolutely stunning and was enjoyed by all 20 of my friends and family. We were able to decorate the table/area how we liked and I am so so glad I chose Sorella as the venue. I honestly can't thank you enough for everything !!

This is the 4th time I've visited the restaurant. This time was with my fiancé for a belated Valentines dinner. We have never been disappointed. The food is excellent. Daisy was brilliant in serving all customers with friendly, professionalism. The only downside is it's always extremely cold. It's a good job the food is so good. Wrap up if you decide to visit.

What a fantastic dining place. The freshest ingredients, perfect seasonings used and never rushed . Ace service. Top tip:book in advance, eat the food don't mess about photographing and enjoy.

Amazing food no complaints what so ever! Only problem is the tables are too close together and not a lot of space but other then that I loved my experience

Always the best food, great wine choices too but the staff are very friendly and always make you feel very welcome even when they are rushed off their feet. Been to other local Turkish restaurants in the area and they don’t compare!

It’s hard to believe that having eaten in so many restaurants around the world, we have by far the best one on our doorstep. We’ve enjoyed the fat loaf for a good few years now and have never had a bad meal. Tim and his team have always made us welcome and looked after us. I highly recommend the place and hope it’s here for a very long time.

Went to Sorella on 15th Feb for Ruby Wedding meal with family. Everything about this restaurant is amazing. Food was excellent the fillet steak was the best I have ever had and the truffle and parmesan fries were to die for . This is the third visit in as many months and as always fantastic atmosphere and service. Well worth a visit. Will defo be going back soon.

We hadn't been to Waggon & Horses for a while and was surprised to see the menu wasn't as large as previous visits, food wasn't bad but wasn't exceptional, meaning unfortunately I wouldn't rush back

Enjoyed a lovely date night with my boyfriend last night at Heaton social we had 4 drinks between us, all 10/10 and we will definitely be returning, staff were lovely the only fault I could mention is the music became very loud after a few minutes of being there, struggled to speak over the music but it was still a lovely atmosphere
