Been here many times and always enjoyed the food and service. Tonight, though was one of the worst experiences both my partner and I have had. The food was terrible. They seemed very short staffed, and no one was checking what was coming out of the kitchen. The chicken wings in BBQ sauce was the warning that worst was to come. The sauce was bland with little taste, more like a weak gravy. Then the chicken risotto, over cooked and tasted burnt but yet cold, far too much salt and garlic, no parmesan cheese or black pepper offered. The spinach and cheese ravioli was more like a soup, watery and foul tasting, far too much salt and garlic and again, no parmesan cheese or black pepper offered. We couldn't eat the main courses. Complained to the waiter who informed us that no manager was in tonight, which I suppose may explain why food wasn't being checked properly before it left the kitchen. We paid for our overpriced wine and left. Maybe it was just a bad night, but we won't be going back again.

Poor service. We are currently doing a Sunday lunch tour and have eaten all over tameside and the surrounding area. This was the first restaurant where we had walked out before even eating. We booked a table for 5 o'clock. Waited over ten minutes to be seated and then just under another ten for a waitress to tell us there was a 45 minute wait on food. As it was a nice day, they had lots of walk ins sat outside. I would have thought that priority would have been with those who had booked and if the quality of service had to take such a dive just so they could serve as many people as possible. With a one year old, you can imagine how difficult the wait would have been and also difficult it is with timings etc... I will not dine with restaurants that don't prioritise the quality of there service.

Had a lovely meal with my husband,couldn’t fault it, food was amazing and really friendly professional staff. Will definitely go back

We have been to La Sentidos Locas several times and we always have an amazing time. The atmosphere is great and the staff are welcoming and very attentive. The food is fantastic; really tasty, value for money and good sized portions. It's fast becoming one of our favourite places to eat. Well worth a try.

We have visited here for lunch earlier in the year but chose to come back for dinner at the end of September as we were staying nearby on our visit to Manchester. The food and service were fantastic, I had the Mario’s a pasta - superb, and my husband had the spaghetti bolognaise which he loved. We would definitely return next time we are down that end of town

We called for food on Sunday towards the end of service. It had clearly been a very busy day for the staff with unusually warm weather bringing people out. However, everything we ordered was available and top notch and the staff friendly and efficient. This is why we like coming back.

Had a lovely meal at Papa Luigi restaurant, Wigan. The staff were very friendly and professional. Lovely ambience, good service, great food!

Absolutely love this restaurant first visit for daughters 18th in June and again now for parents wedding anniversary. Service and food 10/10 and the complimentary deserts with happy anniversary was a lovely surprise! Definitely recommend and can’t wait to return.

My husband sent his steak back twice due to there being more fat than meat the 1st time and the second time it was over seasoned with salt his food wasn't replaced so he ended up without a meal and no explanation given as to why it was taken off the bill which was much appreciated. I had the Roasted Vegetable Quesadilla which was very moorish. The staff were lovely

This was our first time dining here and We really enjoyed ourselves. There was a great atmosphere, food was nice and staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning soon.

We have been to La Sentidos a number of times, fast becoming one of our favourite eateries in Wigan. Food is great and portions plentiful, but not quantity without quality, good range of dribkswith exceptional alcohol free cocktails, vibrant atmosphere and value for money.. we recommend it.

Great food over 20 of us all food came out together and staff were great
