The atmosphere was excellent and well done for the transformational decor. We could forget everything we wanted to forget for an evening of amazing food and friendly, well-informed staff. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
A Tavola Gastronomia Siciliana – StockportWe certainly enjoyed the starters but unfortunately the pizza and side of Polenta chips were covered in rock salt to the extent that the pizza was inedible. We asked the waiter to return it and were happy to have another made but then I can only assume the chef decided that a second one would be the same and the waiter came out to say that no salt had been added (there was speckles of salt on the plate) and perhaps it was not suitable for my palate! We decided to finish our drinks and asked for the bill. There was no apology for the disruption to what had, at that point, been a lovely evening and nothing offered other than they did not charge us for a slightly eaten pizza. We thanked the waiters for a perfect service and left. I doubt we will return.
Il Mulino – WiganQuick and excellent service and great food
La Sentidos Loca – WiganFirst time we have been here in a while, I’m talking years. Was amazed to see how much it has changed inside. The food was absolutely amazing, so tasty and reasonably well priced. We will be coming back pretty soon
The Fox Roby Mill – WiganAmazing service all staff are so polite 10/10
Papa Luigis – WiganWe visited this restaurant on the 9/6/21, i must say the staff were excellent and the furnishings /decor etc was lovely. We were a little disappointed with the lack of choice on the menu, we ordered a Fillet steak and were told there were no sauces to accompany the dish. My starter was scallops and there were probably 4 on the plate with a little salad so not really good value for money. Loved the idea of the wine cellar.
Il Mulino – WiganYour new restaurant is amazing, the space inside and out you have done a brilliant job with the decoration. We had a fantastic evening so lovely to see and chat to you all again. Food as always amazing and your home made fresh pasta was beautiful and your pastries and desserts - Its taking all my willpower to not eat the ones purchaed for a friend for breakfast. We were gutted to see you leave Reddish but your only a train ride away and your new weekend opening hours are going to see us popping in for early dinners at weekends. Good Luck when you re-open tonight xxx
A Tavola Gastronomia Siciliana – StockportOrdered Early Bird Menu, Food was plentiful and very tasty. Excellent friendly service, the waiters couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely be back.
Papa Luigis – WiganWhat a lovely meal. The king prawn starter and the cod loin main were an ideal choice. The wine cellar was also a novel idea. However one of our party is coeliac and therefore wanted a gluten free meal. This was stated on the booking we made a few days earlier. On the evening she was limited to only one starter and one main course. It’s was lucky she like fish! On another day we may have had to cancel our booking and find somewhere else. A little more choice is needed for those with food intolerances. A lovely evening though!
Il Mulino – WiganWe very much enjoyed our meal with you, the chicken livers were delicious and the filet steak cooked perfectly. Love the wine cave and wine selections, will definitely be back soon.
Il Mulino – WiganFood as good as usual, wine was great , so were the staff, we had a lovely evening.
Anatolian Grill – PrestwichLovley place. Staff really helpful and the food is amazing. We always struggle to pick as it's all very good. Usually end up with a Donna main and then something else and we share the Donna is just too good not to have.
Anatolian Grill – PrestwichI’ll never be back, honestly. I wouldn’t feed that to my dog. Potatoes weren’t cooked. Moussaka was 97% stringy cheese. Also garlic scallops are cooked in garlic oil not served with garlic mayo like you’d get at Dominos. I had really high hopes for this place after seeing the reviews but after leaving I’m convinced they must have incentivised the good reviews. Appalling
Anatolian Grill – PrestwichFood was amazing, a tasty divine meal. The Scallop starter was very overpriced at £9 for 3 Scallops but they were perfectly cooked. The seafood linguine was lovely. Lovely venue for 'grown up's' but quite over priced
Il Mulino – Wiganwow, absolutely lovely meal. Party of 3 started with warm breads with balsamic vinegar, king prawns in chilli and calamari with garlic butter, all 3 dishes were incredible. mains Salmon with gnocchi, beautiful piece of salmon, cooked to perfection, seafood linguini, amazing and tasty. Daviola pizza, lovely and spicy not too hot. gelato for desert, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla, to die for. Drinks on the expensive side, aerosol spritz £9 but can be forgiven because the food is amazing. My only criticism if any is it lacks the Italian feel. no Italian staff. but thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
