Gorgeous meal for our anniversary. We went out early as soon as it opened as I’m currently having chemo so we didn’t want it busy. The. Lady on reception was lovely. Everything we had was fresh hot and well cooked it is one of the best meals I’ve had in ages. I will deffo be back.

I have been here a few times. Food is always excellent, piping hot and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The place has a lovely ambience and a warm and friendly atmosphere. For those worried about Covid 19, they check temperatures on the way in, plenty of sanitiser around and tables are separated with perspex dividers so completely safe. I cant recommend this restaurant highly enough and have eaten in numerous Turkish Restaurants (including Turkey) and this is up there with the best.

By far the best italian restaurant in Wigan. We have been eating here for years and never once have we been disappointed. Food is excellent, atmosphere is excellent and staff work hard at being welcoming and attentive. There is nothing I can fault. Keep doing what your doing.

Fab place the table wasn't ready for us so we went for a drink but she ended up giving us 2 free cocktails because we had to wait then the food came in good time and the portion sizes were massive we couldn't eat it all and it tasted great have already booked to go back.

We had a wonderful meal on Saturday night at Chakalaka. A truly traditional South African menu with all the treats from back home. The biltong starter was delicious and the chilli bites second to non. My husband had the Bunny Chow for main and I had a curry. Both were lovely and spicy with a decent portion size. The staff were really friendly and we had a lovely evening We will most certainly be back.

Food atmosphere and service was all amazing 10 / 10 for all of above .. I took my fiancé for he’s birthday.. we had a lovely night and would definitely recommend and will be going back

I regularly go to Cafe Italia to meet friends. On this occasion I went with my grandchildren. The attitude of the staff and the service we received was impeccable. The food as always was beautifully presented and delicious. The children felt totally at home and cannot wait to go again. My daughter in law who is very particular has put it on her list. It is also reasonably priced.

The food was excellent. Atmosphere was good considering the circumstances of corona and screens up between tables. Priced well. Good service. My only complaint was the manager wouldn't make a few more chicken nuggets for my lad. The child's menu wasn't big enough and I was told I would have to pay for a separate meal to get extra nuggets. This would have cost £16 for basically a kids meal. They should offer a larger portions for older kids. Apart from that I will definitely return.

Had a fantastic meal last Wednesday evening. The food was delicious and service excellent. This restaurant has put into place all the ways to keep customers and staff safe with the COVID regulations. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Weve been la sentidos a few times. Always a great meal and all the staff are very attentive. Big portions so dont eat for day . Bottle of wine reasonbly priced. Definatley recommed a visit and we will be going back soon

Have not eaten at the Armenian since the new owners took over around 6 years ago. The food was excellent, we had starters and main courses - great portions. The waiter was very friendly and helpful - great service. Cant wait to go back and try more from the vast menu.

Very good food and friendly staff members we really enjoyed our visit there and will defiantly be looking at going again. perfect for celebrations,

the food here is always top notch would highly recommend.
