Had a lovely lunch, the starters, all different were delicious and very generous. The garlic bread as impressive as ever and the calzone enjoyed by 3 of our party. No room for dessert! Service was delightful

Dino’s Bar and Kitchen – MontonWe were a party of 7 we went for breakfast very nice and plenty to choose from staff were very nice
Fairview Inn – RochdaleBeautiful food with great service. Chips might've been the best I've had.
Fat Loaf – SaleHad a lovely meal here before going to the theatre. The food was lovely, I was so happy to be served vegetables with my meal that were colourful, plentiful and cooked perfectly. My husband gave the tiramisu a 10 out of 10. We will definitely be coming back.
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreBooked for a Sunday afternoon and so glad I did. We were greeted at the door and shown our table by very polite waiter. The restaurant itself very comfortable and spacious, I can't do with being crammed in. We had cocktails which were delicious whilst choosing from extensive menu. I chose from the lunchtime menu which I think was £9 ish and the portion sizes really good . I chose cold meze and doner kebab and both delicious. My son n partner and little girl aged three really enjoyed their meal , they had sharing hot n cold meze which was huge then mousakka and beef n chick strips served with salads n rice and we were all full. The food is delightful and we will definitely make the journey to go again. One thing that may be a good idea is due to the food being freshly prepared that a crayoning book could be provided for little ones. We normally take one but had forgotten. Kids get bored waiting.
Anatolian Grill – PrestwichFood took over an hour to arrive and then was burnt and not fit for purpose. Beef on the sizzler nearly broke my teeth it was that hard. Glasses left stacking on the table instead of taking them when they brought fresh drinks. Asked for vinegar twice but didn’t get any. Went to pay and the lady walked off. Shocking food, disinterested staff and appalling service. Won’t be back
Fairview Inn – RochdaleExcellent service, food was really nice and reasonably priced staff were very friendly.
Fairview Inn – RochdaleGreat place, love the cosy atmosphere and food excellent.
What a hidden gem! My husband and I tried this fantastic restaurant for the first time on Saturday evening and we were pleasently surprised! The food is superb and the atmosphere too.The staff certainly know their job. We are looking forward to going again.
As soon as we entered the restaurant we was greeted with a happy smile and a warm welcome! Immediately seated and brought over a glass of prosecco each! The front of house employee was great and talkative! The 3 waitresses took it in turn to introduce them self and let us know they are there to help if we need anything, the service was fantastic from everybody and the atmosphere second to none, easily one of if not the best Italian restaurant we've visited in Manchester. The food came quick and was piping hot, amazing flavours with every bite. Would highly reccomend Gio's and will be going back indefinitely! The price was perfect for the food and service we got and we was more than happy to tip over the 10% as usual. Great venue, great atmosphere, amazing food and even better service.
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreLovely atmosphere and great food.
Chakalaka – Manchester City CentreThis was our first visit but it won't be our last. The food was fabulous! Really, really good. Much better than I had expected. I think this was because the name Cafe Italia conjured up for me images of efforts at second rate , make believe Italian food rather than the top notch offering it actually provides. A name change should perhaps be considered to something far more upmarket and in keeping with the quality provided. Acoustics were terrible. They need some soft furnishings to absorb some of the "tinny" noise bouncing around the walls. Curtains would help for a start. Oh and loose the music. Just added to the din and couldn't ascertain what was being played in any case because of the poor acoustics in any case! There's enough noise just from the talking at the tables.
Cafe Italia – BoltonAs a first timer in this very interesting restaurant, i was not very sure on what to expect. I have been passing by this restaurant so many times yet was feeling intimidated going there on my own. So finally with a dear friend, we conquered Armenian Taverna. The greeting from the staff as soon as we descended into the entrance was already very welcoming. The decor was calm and inviting. Since it was our first time, we cannot decide on the whole myriad of choices. In the end we settled for the meat banquet for two. Boy did we get in over our heads. The food was amazing but definitely not for two ladies who lunch. Two brusque men maybe. The selection was very good and the taste was incredible. The tastes were similar to most middle eastern food but being in a different place makes all the difference. We will definitely be back.
Armenian Taverna and Restaurant – Manchester City CentreBest way to describe is "ordinary" - not a lot wrong, but on the whole a little bit disappointing, and certainly no memorable wow factor which would ensure a speedy revisit. Didn't really rate the veal (with asparagus); certainly edible (so complaining would have been entirely inappropriate) but the taste not quite right. Calamari to start a bit on the tough side. Pannacota for sweet though was really good. Overall (a la carte) somewhat overpriced; wish now I'd stuck to the set menu which my wife seems to enjoy rather more!
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentrePre theatre meal great food lovely service.
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreWe had a most enjoyable meal for my son's 19th birthday. I am sure we will come back soon.
Papa Luigis – WiganFranco and his staff where professional and couldn’t do enough to make the experience one which I will do again. Waiter and waitress’s very well presented and punctual, which continued throughout our booking. The food .. Wow ... very reasonably priced. Authentic to say the least l... atmosphere to top it off was relaxed, the Roma experience on Wigan lane.. who’d have thought it.. thanks
Papa Luigis – WiganPoor service, Yorkshire puddings were dire - again!!! Not going back!
