We had a family meal to celebrate a special occasion on Thursday evening (August 20th). There were 17 of us from various parts of the country tucking into the wonderful suckling pig meal. The food was fantastic & everybody in the party commented on the quality, taste & presentation of the meal. The staff were very attentive & friendly and the whole atmosphere was brilliant. Add to that the selection of their own beers & good quality wine ensured a complete gastronomic experience. We would highly recommend a visit to the Wayfarer.

This place is absolutely the ultimate getaway from the pub food to the cream of the crop. Been here lots of time with family and the quality only gets better, the service is amazing the staff are ambassadors to this old railway getaway. Amazing choice at quality price and presentation, well done all.

We called on the off chance while visiting Ramsbottom. Me and my family visited and had a great meal and will revisit.

Great place for lunch in the Northern Quarter. Sat opposite the open kitchen and enjoyed my ham hock sarnie with sweet potato chips!. Very efficient service and a hip vibe.

This is my local pub, I accept it's cheap and cheerful, but how hard can it be to get warm food, complained and my food was taken away, my partner then had to eat his food whilst I waited for mine to arrive.When it did it was nuclear hot and burnt the roof of my mouth, needless to say I didn't pay, the manager seemed distracted and uninterested. Quite frankly this was the worst dining experience of my life and I am 51.

Phoned up 4pm sunday for 16 fit in at 5pm Good food will be going again.

We recently had a Family Birthday meal for Mums 85th Birthday at La Roma. There were 40 of us including children. The food was excellent with good sized portions. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff and everyone had a lovely time especially Mum. After the meal we were able to mill around in the outside area and were not rushed out at all. I would definitely reccomend this venue.

We have been here a number of times, can't fault the food at all. Staff very friendly, food excellent, feels very comfy

Went here as a family for my sons graduation , lovely food and plenty of it. Friendly staff and very reasonable prices, would definitely go here again

The new look of the restaurant looks deferent from last time I came..so nice and clean, ladies toilet newly decorated impressive . We did enjoy the food, spent the rest of the night at karaoke :):)

Our family have used many facilities at Haigh Hall for over 40 years. We even had our wedding reception there. It has been superb with the exception of the cafe.The food is expensive for what you get. I walk for miles with the dog and stop there to 'refuel' and buy the very average coffee and sausage on a barmcake. There is no shelter provided for dog owners with their best friend. I have sat on a wet bench outside on many occasions and the cafe was empty. I feel like a second rate citizen and don't go there now like I used to.

Visited Porto Conte with my family of 5 on a busy Sunday evening, the atmosphere was great, very Italian! The food was superb as was the service, really great friendly staff! Definitely recommend!

Proper mans food at Reds on Saturday. Took the family for a real meat treat, hubby loved it!
