Lovely meal and service at the Left Bank - Christmas cocktails also yummy - I love it there - will be back in January for the special deal if not before

A throughly enjoyable time was had by all, food good, service with a smile- excellant. Value for money - brilliant.

Fantastic service and the festive lunch was great value! Food was excellent and the waiting staff couldn’t have been nicer. The restaurant was busy, which meant service was a bit slow. This wouldn’t normally be an issue but my mum had an optician’s appointment and the staff went above and beyond in slowing us to have dessert after she’d been to the opticians! Absolutely wonderful service - thank you!

What a lovely time we had we had our food in the pub section and not the restaurant area, but the staff were very friendly and helpful the food was excellent a and will definitely be coming back again 10 out of 10

Good location with a Scottish theme and feel. Food tasty served hot and fresh. Portions adequate.

Been to Ravelston many times now. Food always fantastic, good choice of food. Staff are great too. Highly recommend

8 of us met for lunch. I had the fish and chips and the fish was delicious. Everyone else enjoyed their lunch. A couple of us had the lemon meringue pie which tasted like it had been heated in a microwave as the pastry was soft and quite unpleasant and definitely not worth the money. Staff were nice.

Waited over an hour for food it was quite quiet when we arrived not many in but started to fill up a few people got up and left the young 17 year old was working her bum off she was so apologetic and couldn't do enough for us the food was nice but big let down with the waiting no one wants to wait for well over an hour and half for food

We booked a table for dinner as we had tickets for a comedy show at the hotel. Food was pretty good when it eventually arrived, but we had to wait for one hour as the kitchen was overloaded despite the restaurant not being full.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the ambience here.

We really enjoyed our brunch at Left Bank. The service, as always, was really good. We ranged in age from 15 to 80 and everyone enjoyed their food.

Good food at a reasonable price

We had a lovely lunch in Cronies Bar, we had difficulty in getting through on phone & email trying to book. Staff were very good & surroundings excellent. Would highly recommend.

Lovely setting, staff very friendly. I had fish and chips, whilst fish was very tasty, the fish and small portion of chips were cold as was the crumble I had for dessert. Expensive for a lunch.

We had such a wonderful time at the left bank, service was great from the time i made the booking till we left the restaurant. Food was good. The Christmas drinks were yummy. Thankful to all the staff for the good vibes and great service. Will be back.
