Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaLovely lunch celebrating a birthday. Very friendly service. I had Dover sole with sweet potato fries and my partner had fish pie with a side of cavolo nero and leeks. Everything very tasty and all importantly, served piping hot which we both enjoyed very much. Look forward to returning.

The Carriage – CrawleyThis was our second visit to "Into The Blue" and we were not disappointed. We were a little surprised at the new menu which, in our opinion, did not give enough choice. The order of items on the menu was very strange with the veg selection just under the starters! My wife had the Octopus as a starter which she said was terrific. I had the Crab which was not to my taste as there was too much vinaigrette for my liking and it overpowered the crab. We both had the Monkfish which was delicious. Helpings were modest which suited us perfectly and the vegetable selection was different but very good. The service was very friendly and most helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending the lovely restaurant, well worth the journey across the bridge for those on mainland Shoreham!

Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaAfter our last visit, we were rather concerned by the changed menu. There was a new Eastern emphasis, no specials board, and the whole experience threw us. Our latest meal has however changed our attitude. Our very nice, cheerful waitress explained the reasons for the change-the chef wanting to cook a greater variety of meals with a slightly Spanish Tapas style. This makes sense and we again really enjoyed our 'Into the Blue' experience.

The only thing I would change would be that the tables for two in the window are very close together. Tricky to have a romantic meal when you're cosied up tightly with the neighbours!

Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWow! What an amazing afternoon at "Into The Blue". I last went to the restaurant over 10 years ago (and the food was amazingly fresh). Then came to Shoreham, from London for a joint birthday meal. Totally blown away by the food, presentation, ambience, everything! My father in law who is a total foodie said "It is the best seafood meal he has had in over 5 years". Thank you to the chefs and the serving team for making it an incredible and special experience.

This time we had the Cataplana, Haloumi skewers, oh and sweet potato fries...... flavoursome, fresh, scrumptious (truly!). Love the waiting staff of all ages ( so refreshing); friendly, warm, attentive. So lucky to have ITB on my doorstep!
