A family favourite for us. Lovely atmosphere with cheerful attentive staff. Two of us had the Fish Tacos yesterday, absolutely superb. Nicest plate of food I have eaten in a while. Thoroughly recommend!!

Then we shared the blue seafood platter . Couple of glasses of lovely Pinot . Bill was so reasonable . The service was spot on . Friendly , with attention to detail . Food came out hot and a perfect speed
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaExcellent food (I had Lobster Thermidor as a birthday treat), but we all enjoyed our meals, very well presented and cooked! I usually have the Bouillabaisse which is top notch!
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaVery high quality food and lovely service. Very good value for money.
The Roastery – EastbourneFantastic food fantastic service. Monkfish was amazing.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe were so looking forward to our visit, having been before. We were greeted by a lovely lady and seated. my daughter ordered the Company breakfast with extras ( Halloumi and avocado), sausage and bacon never came !! I ordered mushrooms on toast with scrambled eggs, this arrived stone cold, i was given a new order plus discount, but my family had nearly completed their meals by then. My partner ordered a glass of wine which did not appear until our bill arrived. I am hoping that that was a blip , there were only three other tables that were occupied.
The Roastery – EastbourneFirst dined here more than 15 years ago when music biz friends took us , explaining it was a somewhat surprising‘destination seafood restaurant’. They weren’t wrong , it was a fantastic experience. Somehow, I had never returned - until Friday night, because now I am fortunate to live a mere stone’s throw from its door! It looks just as unprepossessing from the outside and still feels reassuringly un-trendy on the inside. The thing is the natural, unstuffy warmth of the staff (of a pleasing age range) and the delicious dishes. We chose from the specials board although the main menu is enticing in itself (including non-fish options). We shared a wonderfully textured warm octopus salad, my friend opted for crab main which he said was excellent, while I had sea bass tacos which were zinging with fresh flavours and served with sweet potato fries triple fried to perfection. We didn’t have dessert but our neighbours were delighted with theirs! The atmosphere was ringing with joy, laughter and simple pleasures; blissfully unpretentious. And the bill? Just over £40, including service. Ok we only had soft drinks (and a courtesy large carafe of tap water was brought to the table immediately) but with the quality of the food , the love and knowledge that goes into its selection, cooking and presentation, I’d say that’s remarkably good value.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-Sea1st visit after I’ve lived in Shoreham for 20 years!! Why I waited I don’t know but def worth the wait, absolutely fantastic food prepared beautifully and tasted amazing, the fruit de mar was to die for, well worth the visit and I won’t be waiting 20 years until the next visit…
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaFantastic service, beautiful food, and really enjoyed ourselves. The food menu was great, and varied, and the options for drinks (both soft and alcoholic) was good. Would definitely come back!

The Roastery – EastbourneWe tried here for the first time recently......amazing. The food was every bit as good as we’d expected, if not better. The specials were incredible and the right balance of departure from their regular menu which is fantastic already. We’ll definitely be making this as one of our regular places to eat.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaVisited yesterday, 21st September 2021 to enjoy lunch with friends celebrating my 70th birthday. The choice of specials were very interesting and two of the party went for the smoked haddock scotch egg, which both agreed was very tasty. As someone who requires a gluten free meal it’s great that I can have tempura prawns and I followed this with the special that was sea bass, again it was absolutely delicious. Having been the previous week to a 1 Michelin Star restaurant in Horsham I can safely say my meal yesterday compared favourably if not better to that. Your food is amazing.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaFirst visit there since moving to Shoreham Beach. Wow wow wow! What an amazing meal. The chef's perform miracles with the flavours to delight the taste buds. Not the cheapest but also not pretentious prices either that we see in the all chandeliers and no flavour restaurants...... I had the specials which included a smoked haddock scotch egg followed by sea bass in the most amazing creamy leak sauce and shellfish bisque, which I have to say blew me away ! The peanut and chocolate tart topped off the evening. The steak (surf & turf) was reported to be the best steak even eaten in Sussex by my partner!!!! Even the folks who live near La Rochelle in France, renowned for its seafood restaurants said it's one of the best seafood restaurants they have been to this side of the channel! Amaaaaazing place. You have to go!
