I always love coming to this like gem in Shoreham-By-Sea. Friendly staff, the food is cooked in view and although the standard cod and chips (the chips are not your standard fries but chunky, crispy potato) is great the small sharing plates are fantastic. Delicious bouillabaisse. Highly recommended.

Lovely meal with a friend. The Dover Sole was delicious as always, and the Eton Mess rounded off the meal well. I will definitely go there again.

we have eaten at Into The Blue on a few occasions and have always enjoyed the food and service. They have surpassed thermselves with the special christmas menu which they are serving currently and which we sampled yesterday. Each dish was superb, the mix of flasours inventive and the fish and seafood were of the highest quality. A wonderful lunch, beatifully presented and served.

We love dining here. The food is original, creative and always delicious. It has a laid-back vibe with super attentive service. The sharing menus are just one lovely inventive surprise after another - absolutely recommend it.

We had been longing to get a table at Into the Blue. We had heard such great things about this place. It did not disappoint. The service was professional but friendly. The food was delicious. A taste sensation. The mussels, which are not my favourite were tender the sauce was divine! Definitely booking again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our return visit to this restaurant - and we were not disappointed. A very good and tasty selection of meals - hard to believe that this is all vegan. Excellent service by very attentive and friendly staff. The restaurant is situated in a nice quiet street at the rear of the Grand Hotel. We will be back each time we are in town - a great asset to Eastbourne.
