We had steak night, the steak was cooked to our preference, portion sizes really good. The meal was beautiful, service friendly, would highly recommend and looking forward to returning.

Well, Barnabys did not disappoint! Delicious cocktails, with so many to choose from; scrummy food, fabulous entertainment, and warm, welcoming staff. Ambient, cosy, perfect to celebrate our friends birthday.

Very warm welcome at this interesting and quirky restaurant. Unusual choice of dishes, we had the pork belly with water melon and the hot smoked salmon hash, both were delicious and presented nicely. Great decor and atmosphere.

Had a really lovely sunday roast. Good choice on the menu. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Great quirky pub with loads of character, will be visiting again.

Sunday lunch for two. I had beef, husband had lamb. Very nice meal and the place itself is lovely.

Popped in early afternoon and were warmly greeted. Staff offered us a choice of seating within the eclectic setting. Once settled we promptly received menus and were offered a drink. Food was a reasonable wait, however it was worth it. I had ordered a steak and my wife the fish of the day. we both agreed that the presentation, quality and taste were excellent. The meal's were delicious and just the right quantity for lunch. Pricing seems reasonable given our choices. We'll certainly visit again.

Delicious food and wonderful lobster. The sharing platter was abundant with lots of food. We were also able to sit outside in the sun.

We had Sunday lunch , I had surf and turf and it was fabulous as usual my husband had Dover sole he said was delicious, Great service lovely See you soon. Thankyou See you soon x

Had an amazing time at Barnaby’s Lounge and very much enjoyed their live music and cocktails. Service was great, atmosphere was very friendly and fun and the live band, Southern Lights were brilliant. Will definitely visit again!

A little gem in Eastbourne: the food is lovely and the ambiance perfect. Sardinian dishes, Polpetto, Calamari and a meat grill were cooked fresh and to perfection. Carla was very helpful when pre-ordering (which I'd recommend) and a welcoming host.

We had a pleasant enough meal but it was not as good as expected having visited once before with friends. Our starter of asparagus was disappointing. Whilst it was tasty - there were many more potatoes than asparagus, one small hen’s egg cut into quarters and only three small asparagus spears on the plate. I asked for non dairy so didn’t have the creme fraiche that it would have come with, and offered no alternative. Being rather dry, I asked for olive oil which helped a bit. £9 seemed a bit steep.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely meal here celebrating our 52nd anniversary Staff excellent,beer very nice and food couldn’t be faulted we will be back

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. The lobster was out of this world!! The waitresses were all lovely and knowledgeable about the menu. A very special experience.

Excellent food . Fabulous fresh fish and super sauces

Outstanding food!!!! It always is. Absolutely beautiful seafood. Lovely staff. We had some incredible oysters to start followed by bouillabaisse full of delicious fish. Hubby had octopus and calamari. They cater for coeliacs, which is great for me. The only things which we wish were different are keeping a fryer separate for gluten free frying, so I could have tempura and chips and allowing dogs inside. It’s been blowing a gale every time we have visited and sitting outside on a wooden bench isn’t the most comfy. Even just allowing one table away from the others to be dog friendly would be appreciated. Most restaurants accept dogs now. Either way we shall return.
