Lovely interiors/decor and very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Sweet touches with handwritten menus. Delicious food and good variety on a Sunday. Sea bass was perfectly cooked and halloumi fries wonderfully crispy! Definitely recommend and will come back next time we visit Rye!

Friends recently recommended ‘The Globe Inn’, so pleased they did. We were not disappointed, from the moment of our arrival we felt very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. Our meal was excellent as was the service, and the quirky decor was an absolute delight. Highly recommended.

My first visit and I managed to park right outside, always a bonus. The atmosphere inside is relaxed and comfortable and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We started the evening with a couple of delicious Mocktails, which I would recommend you try and we really enjoyed our food. There's plenty of choice for all tastes and good pudding options. We just happened to be there on Quiz Night which was a real laugh, so get down there and try it. We will be returning.

We had a lovely meal on Sunday…..a party of four plus our dog. The food was delicious, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and our dog was made very welcome. A really lovely, relaxed afternoon…..definitely recommend and we will be going back. Thank you.

Our first visit to Rye and the Globe Inn was recommended by the Jeake’s House where we are staying . A 5 star recommendation it proved to be . We had lovely cocktails ,wine and seafood- outstanding and lovely friendly and helpful staff .A charming , somewhat quirky pub, which gave it a unique character .a must for our next visit .
