Best place ever in Rye! We love it here, the atmosphere and setting are perfect, service friendly, they love dogs and the food is great! We will be back for sure!

Second time I’ve eaten here with a friend and had the chicken roast dinner to share - absolutely divine and so much food !

A wonderful and jolly lunch for nine of us… at the fabulous ‘Globe Inn Marsh’ The food was great and very yummy.. we had a fab table which gave us all more than enough room and also good space for our doggie. ‘Josh’ and also ‘Thomas’ were amazing members of the team and not only helped with our booking but also served our large table with truely great service

We were staying in Military Road. What a find. It was just along the road for us and we ate there 3 times in a week. Food was delicious and very well cooked. I had the sea food platter, the smoked hash and the lamb. All very good. Staff delightful, a good ambience and pleasant surroundings. Service prompt. I can’t fault it

As always, another amazing meal at "Into the Blue", from delicious Oysters (rhubarb granita on the side was inspired) super scallops, perfectly cooked Dover Sole and Lemon Pavlova to finish.

Perfectly prepared, and presented cooked food. Friendly efficient service and a pleasant atmosphere. We had the 7 sharing plates for 2 and didn't regret one mouthful. Well done Into The Blue.

Hugely disappointed with our recent lunch at The Globe Inn Marsh. We were offered no water for the table for starters and our side salad had a dead spider in it which we noticed quite early into eating it. We highlighted this to the staff and upon paying our bill with the same waitress, we noticed they hadn’t had the courtesy to remove the £5.00 side salad from the bill as an apology. We had to ask them to. The burger was worse than you’d get at McDonald’s with limp jelly-like salad inside it, and the chips were overdone and deep fried in a disgusting amount of oil. No baby changing facilities apart from removing items from a table in the downstairs loo to place baby on top of. No high chair. Will not be returning.

Lovely, unique interior. Menu with different offerings to the usual standard fare. Beautifully presented & tasty food & cocktails. Friendly, efficient staff. It's an hours drive for us to get here but definately worth it.

Very nice evening. The octopus starter was amazing also the fish and chips, the batter was so thin and the fish cooked just right. I had the bouillabaisse and the service was excellent. No room for desert but they looked great as well.

Lovely quirky pub! Good choice on the menu and in our case very fast and efficient service!

We love this pub but wouldn't rush back to have a meal here. The food was poorly presented, reasonable quality but not good value for money. The seafood platter was a fairly small portion spread out on a raised cake stand, the burger was just that, next to some chips on a rectangular plate. It would have looked much better on a round plate with a bit of inexpensive salad next to it. The staff were good & a pleasant atmosphere.
