This was my 2nd time visiting and again, wasn't disappointed. A nice warm welcome upon arrival and seated quickly. It was busy when we arrived but the service didn't slip. Food was full of flavour and was served quickly. We both had the steak which just melted in your mouth! Price was, I think, a little above average but we'll worth it and from what I could see, there were offers on during the week to make it more affordable. Will definitely be returning

Had a lovely lunch here yesterday with my husband. The food was very tasty and the service was excellent. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had a family gathering here last weekend All15 thoroughly enjoyed the experience.The atmosphere,food and service were excellent.We will certainly be back.We wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone.

One of the best Sunday roasts I've had, meats were all very tender. Choice of portion size if you like a starter/desert. Great service and atmosphere.

My wife and I had Sunday lunch at the carriers yesterday. We sat outside on the balcony overlooking the lake and enjoyed a superb Sunday lunch.

We booked a table for 8 people as a celebration meal. We chose from both the standard and Sunday lunch menu and all food served was delicious, The atmosphere, and decor at the restaurant is delightful and querky and the attentiveness and service was excellent. Great experience and value for money. We'll be back again soon.

Best tasting Sunday roast in Frodsham

We always have a brilliant time at Bacchus and Sunday Lunch was no exception. Choice is fantastic, food superb and tastes as if it was made especially for you, service is personal, friendly and slick and a meal represents excellent value for money. The restaurant is always busy but tables far enough apart that you can enjoy the hubbub of happy fellow diners whilst still feeling as if you are having a private meal and can talk comfortably without raising your voice.

Food was delicious. There was 7 of us and we all were impressed. The service excellent. All in all a wonderful Sunday lunch

Recommended to visit here and was well worth it - food was so nice and staff so lovely, we turned up early and they didn’t mind, we sat in the bar area so don’t know what the restaurant area is like but the bar was full of life - drinkers, people eating, v friendly great pricing drinks prices were fab. Will defo be back
