Tried the Italian which was a step up from the food we’ve had there previously. For the last year or so food has been overpriced and nothing special. Under new management and the beer and food has improved. The place still needs some work to justify the price of the menu but it’s definitely going in the right direction. Service was good but could benefit from attention to detail.

Atmosphere and decor was lovely. Massive shout out to Terri who served us, she was so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The cakes were our favourite lemon drizzle and Bakewell tart. The only downside was the cream which was whipped and sweet instead of clotted cream. Will definitely return

Will definitely be going again. I am only giving it a 4 for atmosphere as it wasn't busy, we were a table of four, so made our own atmosphere. Can't fault anything...
