The restaurant from outside wasn't much to look at. At we were hesitant on whether we had booked the right place for something to eat. But once in and sat at our table, the place inside was totally different than the outside. It was very pleasing, and tastefully decorated. The food was outstanding, delicious and full of flavour. So we would definitely eat here again. The waitress/lady that served us was really nice and obliging. The gentleman (don't know if he was the owner or not) was more laid back and didn't really give us much interaction.

Amazing food, amazing atmosphere great customer service couldn’t fault anything

Had a lovely meal. All the starters; main courses and desserts were great. The service was excellent. I would definitely eat here again when we are in Macclesfield

I must Firstly say that the waitress was very friendly and helpful, but the actual service was very bad. Took approximately 10 mins for a menu to be given to us, then another 10 mins for a drinks order to be taken. Food was ok - not amazing but we ordered coffees with dessert that never turned up and by that point we just wanted to leave…..and again it took ages to actually get the bill. It was quite clear that another table full of loud, plumped-up pouted ladies were the restaurant’s main focus for the evening (maybe known to the management) and we were just left. Will not be returning.

Delicious flavoursome food that ticked all the boxes. The staff were lovey and friendly, and the food & drink was really good value for money. Could not fault it!

As always, never fails to impress! Service by staff was great! Food amazing! Always have the main of Filleto Rigatoni, absolutely amazing!! Wow wow wow! Homeade Tiramisu for dessert was also delightful! If you’re ever in Lymm you have to visit this place! An absolute gem of a restaurant!!

We booked at last minute to take my Mum-In-Law to celebrate her 75th birthday this Sunday. The team couldn’t do enough for us to make it special, the food was cooked fresh and divine i absolutely love this restaurant and the staff make it, thank you.

Food good, service great. Lovely evening. Can we have a change of menu please. Would love to try some new dishes.

Lovely relaxing evening with excellent food and service

Been to Elmas a lot of times and absolutely always loved it but this last visit wasn’t very pleasant. The music was too loud ! The food was superb as always but it wasn’t the relaxing evening we wanted with family .

Excellent food and good service. Fully recommend for Tapas. Great choice of dishes.

Stunning food, compliments to the chef!

A lot of people had said that the lilac cottage was an amazing place to experience, so we decided to do just that. The food was what i would glass as poor. Spinach croquettes were freezing in the middle and had to be sent back, the food looked as though it had just been taken out of the freezer and dumped in the fryer. The cheesy garlic bread looked the sort you would buy from Iceland. The wine was extortionate considering the wine is £7 in the shops, charging £28.50 for low grade rioja is criminal. I get restaurants make their mark up on alcohol, but that was outrageous. The service was poor and overall a sad experience. I don't for the life of me understand why people rave about this restaurant.

First time visiting and blown away food was amazing and very tasty. Service was excellent with no rushing and very polite staff. The restaurant was very clean and well presented in all ways to enjoy a great meal on a evening out and would highly recommend to anyone
