Visited with my family, each of the five of us had a different dish, all of which was of a very high standard.The service was prompt and friendly, this was on a wednesday early evening, as time went on, the inn began to fill with more customers, so I think that speaks volumes. I would recommend this eatery to anyone.

I asked for mayonnaise and an earwig fell onto my plate from the lid of the squeezy bottle. Not a problem. BUT we were very disappointed with the customer service. We were informed that the chef found the incident funny. I waited another half hour for a replacement meal - without apology. Then all my friends had finished theirs and I was still sat there. I left without having a meal and without any offer of apology to me and my friends. LOVELY FOOD - POOR PEOPLE SKILLS. Hard luck, we meet every month but not at your place!
Coach and Horses Inn – CreweOn recommendation from Sugarvine I took 2 clients to lunch. Was extrremely impressed with Spirit all round. Excellent service, food that looked and tasted first class at a reasonable price and the venue is a beautiful Georgian building. Will return and recommend. Great place to get browny points with clients.

I wonder if they will do a Beef and Pudding that they have in Manchester? That would be great!

We has the meal deal for £7.99 for 2 courses and we really enjoyed it. The main was the best part of the meal. My son had the ham and it was great. Will definitely be coming back soon. Bunbury Arms – ChesterWent to Wolfies un Chester in Mothering Sunday. The food was great, didn't skimp on the portions, staff were attentive and very welcoming. The only thing I would say is it would be nice if tea came in a pot, and that sweetners were an option, as my mother is diabetic and the only option was white sugar. Other than that it was very nice
