Always a lovely meal never dissapoints Excellent service with a ready smile from all the staff.

Thoroughly enjoyable lunch with great choice menu. Service was exceptional and the food was extremely good. The dining area was pleasantly peaceful. I loved it and will return soon.

We shared the breaded squid to start, then lamb rump and haddock bites for mains. Everything was beautifully cooked and seasoned well, flavoursome and delicious. I really liked the onion baji that accompanied the lamb it really added a moreish warmth of spice to the plate, wonderfully cooked asparagus, delicious cauliflower purée and sauce. The Haddock had a lovely light batter, crispy chips and a delicious tartar sauce. We were well looked after by all of the front of house. We will certainly be back!

Our first Sunday lunch at The Miners didn’t disappoint….. place was extremely busy, but didn’t have to wait long before our drinks & food order taken , all nicely delivered and not too long a wait between courses. The Butchers Board main was impressive, tasting pretty great. Waiting service was friendly and efficient. Can’t wait to try their other offers during the week. Thank you for a great Sunday lunch…….we will be back.

I love this pub! The family has been coming here for a few years now. The food is excellent with a varied menu. We always get a warm welcome and the service is very good with nothing being too much trouble. If you haven't been here then you are missing out!

Delicious and very generous meals ! Came with a group of 6 ( including toddler ) and had a wonderful afternoon! Staff incredibly friendly and helpful! Wonderful experience!

Another fantastic Sunday lunch to celebrate a birthday. The Butcher’s Board roast was amazing with crispy roasties and lovely veg. Our go to place for the perfect roast!

We never go anywhere else for Sunday Lunch as it is so good. The only downside is that we don't very often have room for a pudding :)

Gorgeous food and excellent service

Another fabulous meal. We brought our neighbours, who hadn't visited before. Excellent food & choices. They enjoyed themselves too, asking when are we coming again. Lovely atmosphere & friendly staff. We'll be back again soon. Thank you to all the staff.
