The Mote – Port IsaacWe are here on holiday and have had some excellent meals at the Black Swan The beef on Sunday was so tender and the meal was first class. Also the mussels were excellent. We will certainly return
The Black Swan – HelstonTop food, epic pub, lamb shank was 11/10
The White Hart – LudgvanCannot praise the food here highly enough. Gorgeous roast lamb with a very wide selection of vegetables, this was just one of the roast on offer on what is a very extensive menu. Excellent service from the very busy staff. If you are thinking of visiting, I would recommend you book.
Louis Tea Rooms – CallingtonWhen roast dinners have sadly become 2 carrots and a sprig of leaves, im soo happy to have found The Black Swan. The food was plentiful, full portions of all you'd expect plus a side dish of cauliflower cheese. Servers were friendly and attentive and absolutely no complaints about the meal. Definitely value for money: couldn't fault the whole experience. This will now be my weekly Sunday Roast!
The Black Swan – HelstonCharming restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. Food underwhelming, tasteless and overpriced on the whole. Left feeling disappointed after high expectations. Staff friendly and efficient.
The Mote – Port IsaacWe booked for our large family around 10 plus toddler. The food was very good and the service excellent. It was very enjoyable Thank you..
The Mote – Port IsaacLovely place to eat the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is great value for money. I would definitely recommend this venue.
Louis Tea Rooms – CallingtonThe Mote is my favourite restaurant in Port Isaac, and never fails to deliver a superb evening. The menu is small enough to be high quality but big enough to always find something of interest. Staff are superb with a great attitude and make the place feel welcoming and alive. I’m a frequent visitor and plan to keep it that way
The Mote – Port IsaacBeautiful pub, with super friendly staff. The choice of seafood was excellent washed down with a well selected New Zealand Sauvignon
The Mote – Port IsaacWhat a really lovely pub in a peaceful, idyllic setting! It looks amazing inside and out. It's perfect. Good to see plenty of interesting vegetarian options (not just burger, curry or pizza) and we really enjoyed what we had. Thank you.
The White Hart – LudgvanLovely meal yesterday evening for 6 of us. Great service from the staff, food quick and really nice.
The Slipway – Port IsaacReally lovely fresh meal and great service, lots of choice and the fish specials were great
The Mote – Port IsaacThe food was amazing staff were really nice ice cream. You don’t have to pay to enter so happy the farm was really nice definitely 5 stars coming back .
The Croust House at Roskillys Ice Cream – The LizardNot as good as previous years. The service wasn’t great, think they were understaffed as constantly rushing around. It would be good to have a ‘no dogs’ area. As someone with serious allergies it’s not great having someone else’s dog right at your feet while you’re trying to enjoy your meal. The food was good but overpriced. Was not informed about the menu changes until I went to order. Probably won’t return which is disappointing as this seems to be our ‘go to’ when we return to port Isaac
The Mote – Port IsaacAwesome place, fab food, great friendly service and a stunning view.
Louis Tea Rooms – CallingtonExtremely good value Sunday Roast, good atmosphere, tables nicely spaced. First time but will definitely return.
The Black Swan – HelstonWaited ages to be served, felt sorry for the girl who served us, she clearly wasn’t coping with the heat very well. The food was mediocre, had a lamb roast, lamb was fatty and chewy and the roast potatoes were hard and seemed to appear to be reheated. Definitely would not go back.
Molesworth Arms – Wadebridge
