Excellent food, lovely setting, great staff

Great food - had to wait a long time for food though

Had whole crab with salad, meal was fab, some of the meals we felt were a little over priced. Staff were wonderful and really helpful

My brother and sister in law were visiting from Germany and I thought Kenton estate would be a wonderful experience as it has always been a favourite of ours. Sadly we were very disappointed. We felt as though we were a nuisance for being there. The restaurant was very noisy and several loud crashes in the bar area made us all jump. The lamb sharing meal was delicious. The lamb kebab was full of gristle and inedible. The Camembert was good but the pile of bread on the platter was hard and stale and I couldn’t eat it. The menus are very difficult to work out. The wine as always was great. Such a shame as it was a celebration day that turned sad.

Lovely tasty treat breakfast and a warm welcome from attentive staff. It is a little expensive but great for a special occasion. Will be back :)

Very poor food. Service pleasant and friendly

Amazing lunch, the shared lamb was outstanding, my husband has been a chef and taught it for years, he knows the industry very well. It was truly recommended. Just a few things I would like to mention. The menus are definitely hugely too big, I couldn’t see the menu, and ask my husband to read it to me. As I couldn’t fit it on the table. But that’s it. So nice to have a vine yard and their amazing wine to drink, well done. And thank you. Value for money definitely good value Service was great too Thank you

First time visiting and enjoyed a really lovely evening meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The location was great, easy parking and the views over Plymouth Sound are spectacular.

Lovely relaxing restaurant, lovely staff and amazing food and drinks. Will be back soon.
