Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthWe booked for a meal on the Saturday, I had monkfish with tempura prawns, my husband had hake, both meals were absolutely fantastic, and the desserts were lovely as well. We enjoyed it so much, that we booked again for the next evening, and shared the seafood platter with lobster, crab prawns etc. Excellent no wonder they have such a good name for superb food. Can't wait to go again when next in the area.
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamWe had 2 delicious dinners during our stay at the Quayside with particular highlights being a sweet potato and coconut soup, garlicy shell-on prawns, rump of lamb and especially a whole baked sea bass, very fresh and delicious. Breakfasts were equally good and the staff uniformly helpful and charming. Thanks everyone!
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamBooked an evening meal in the restaurant as staying the evening in the hotel itself. Good social distancing with screens between tables. Good choice of food Good service by both the two waiting staff members Would recommend
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamA wonderful meal. Very friendly & helpful stuff. Highly recommend.
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamExcellent food and service .
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamBooked this restaurant due to reviews and hotel description. Firstly the restaurant does not overlook the harbour, it's on a hill above the harbour and faces a wall. We must have been unlucky with our food as my husband's plaice was mushy and my lamb was half fat and blood (ok if you like it like that I guess). The staff were indeed super friendly and the tables are separated by screens but we didn't have our temperatures taken on arrival as other customers did.
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamGood food and friendly service.
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamThe best food served by the best staff as always! Never disappointed when we go here and felt very safe with all of the COVID measures in place
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamAs you’d hope, exquisite fresh fish and seafood at this rather unprepossessing hotel restaurant, set back on the slopes of Brixham harbour. The creamy inside of the battered fish was as good as any Michelin starred chef would present. Great, friendly staff, swift service, secure COVID precautions (delighted by the way the tables were cleaned between diners, even down to the table legs). The environment lowers expectations- the food rescues them
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamLovely dining room with quality food at a reasonable price. good attentive waiting staff. Avery pleasant dining experience
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamGreat food, great service, great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamCrab & Prawn tian very poor. Greyish crab, full of crab inner white shell fragments. Crunchy crab no good! Change supplier or crab picker ;-) Main course lamb rump very good. First choice desert not available although it is on a standard menu, not as a ‘special’. Ambience and service good though.
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamExcellent service the staff were very polite and professional The restaurant was safe and the food was excellent. Thank you for a great evening.
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamVisited this lovely little restaurant with beautiful views over the harbour 8/9/20. Well organised with temperatures taken on arrival, perspex screen between tables. Very pleasant, friendly staff & a wonderful menu. I had the bream & my partner had the duck. Both beautifully presented & tasted amazing. We also had deserts which again were superb. Would definitely recommend a visit.
