The food was excellent, there was a really good range of things on the menu including vegan items! Really good value for money, it wasn't too expensive and the service was extremely good, they were friendly and accommodating. I'm definitely going to eat here again!

A quaint restaurant based upon Halstead town's central hill. This restaurant serves delicious Thai foods made on the premesis. I had the starter course for two which was around £11, followed by the King Prawns in "Glass Noodles". They had a good texture and a fair portion size. I shared an additional side of egg-fried rice. The meal had Excellent flavour throughout which tasted authentic to Thaiwanese food. Despite the restaurant being quiet because it was a Sunday night, I had a very enjoyable and delicious meal at a good price. I would highly recommend visiting!

Food at Barrington Grill is excellent. They have a limited menu but what food they do serve is fresh and well presented. The portions are generous and staff are friendly and very attentive

This has to be the wort restaurant in Essex. Don't waste your money here.

Visited Umberto's with my son and my husband. We really enjoyed it, we we're really made welcome as we walked in. The food was very nice, cooked nice as well, staff we're all very friendly. The restaurant was a bit pricey but then you don't mind paying if you really enjoy it. I would highly recommend it.

Moved down south 2 years ago and booked this restaurant for our wedding anniversary, without reading up on it, well what a great choice food is delicious, always hot, restaurant is clean and tidy, staff very friendly and accommodating, we use it more as a take away now due to having two toddlers!! But would fully recommend this place every time! X

Absolutely disgusting service by the "owner" of this hotel, i didn't even make it threw the doors!! i booked a holiday for me and some friends in september upon booking the lady asked for a card guarantee, which is normal procedure for a guest house! after this booking was made 2 weeks later the "owner" decided to take full payment off my card! without any warning!! this left me with bank charges and late direct debit charges!!! after calling the hotel the lady promised me faithfully that she would refund this straight away, this taking over a week i've had to report this to my bank and send her yet another email, she half heartedly apologised and again assured me the money would go in..........I'm still waiting!!!

Never again! poor service - got order wrong twice! Charges £10.50 for popadoms & dips!! In total it cost £100 for 4 people - that's just mains and no alcohol..

Highly recommended. First impression WOW - design and decor first class. The visit just got better service and food second to none. This is a cut above the rest and we wish them every success.

Went here on a Friday night with a group of 10. Fantastic food, the best Indian food in the area by a mile! Service was good, although a little slow as it was a busy Friday night, nethertheless the staff were friendly, polite and always available, in particular Abdul. Will definitely be coming back!

I have been to Catch on numerous occasions, the food has always been of the highest quality and tastes exquisite. The restaurant has always been clean and worthy of a visit. I am due to be going on Valentines Day, and will know that the service, food and restaurant will be of first class quality.
