Booked a pre theatre meal at 6:00pm - pub wasn't too busy at that stage. Service was friendly and professional and the food was really good - we ordered a steak and a burger and both were very well cooked. The steak came with excellent hand cut thick chips whilst the burger had smaller skin on fries but they were also very good. Shared a very nice chocolate mousse for dessert. There's a good wine list although some of the wines on it are quite expensive. By the time we were leaving the place was getting pretty busy. We'll definitely be back!

A definite 5 star! This is a difficult review, we almost don't want to tell you how wonderful our experience was - we almost want to keep this place a secret for ourselves! As soon as we stepped in the door the experience started with excellent hosting. Sitting down for our meal and experiencing the starters made us aware that our food had been prepared by someone special. The standard was at another level all the way through the meal. Food tasted great! Love the ambiance of the place and staff were warm and friendly. One of the best beef roasts I’ve ever had. I love the chocolate mousse pudding as well! Staff just took a bit of time with bringing the machine for card payment but we understand since it was quite a busy day. Will definitely come back next time and try other items on the menu.

A little gem of a pub and close to the city centre. The range of beers are good and the wine list is pretty good too. We had lunch on a Sunday but only one of us opted for the Sunday Roast (beef as it happens) with the rest of us choosing from the wider menu. We were all very pleased with our choices which ranged from Monkfish "Scampi" to Crab and Prawn Pappardelle. Portions were good and each dish was crafted well and offered good value for money - oh and the Roast Beef was pronounced very good too. This place is well worth a visit at any time, either for food or even just for a drink. It has a warm welcome and a really good vibe about it.

Had a wonderful anniversary lunch at Kenton park estate this weekend. The food and wine were amazing, as was the service. Bought some of the lovely rose fizz to take home. Will definitely return.

What an excellent day. The sun was shining, the new sparkling rose was flowing and the food was incredible. It was a birthday celebration lunch that went off perfectly. I have nothing but good things to say about Kenton Park Estate. I’ve been a number of times before and the atmosphere, food and wine is all top drawer. Thanks to all of the staff for your amazing hospitality.

Perfect lunch in a glorious setting! We visited for Mother’s Day and dined in one of the pods. 8 of us including 2 young children. We were so well looked after by Paul and the food was fantastic!

We booked a table for four at the winter wonderland dinner after going to the Halloween event and thoroughly enjoying it. The staff, location, food and drink were all amazing, cannot recommend highly enough. 11 out 10 throughout.

Our Winter wonderland experience was very much enjoyed by the three of us. The added added surprise of the Ice bar was delightful and so cleverly thought out. There was only one disadvantage, people leaving the outside door open, causing us and our food to get rather cold. Other than that your staff are fantastic and so welcoming. See you all again soon. We recently had lunch in the delightful restaurant at Kenton Park Estate. We were given a warm welcome on arrival. There was an extensive choice of menu, the food was superb, the staff were friendly, and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant had been recommended to us by friends, who go there fairly regularly - and we were certainly not disappointed!

We had an amazing time last night, the food, the atmosphere and the staff were so good. Everything is so pretty with all the lights. The wine is delicious and we were offered to try the wine before to pair with our meal. We shared the turkey platter and the beef wellington. It is a very special place to visit and we will definitely be back. Thank you to all of the staff for a great job

We always have such a wonderful time at Kenton Vineyard, last night we were prior warned that there was a power cut but we still went and wow what the team managed to pull together with no electricity was just incredible and very magical. Thank you for a wonderful evening and don’t tell too many people about this place, we love it as a secret!

We joined you for our first visit to your beautiful restaurant this afternoon, late lunch, just want to say what a wonderful time we had, the four of us ate like kings and enjoyed some of your sparkling wine. Staff we excellent, attentive but not too much, we felt nothing was too much trouble. We will be back next summer Happy Christmas
