The food was very good, especially the lamb curry. To be recommended.

Twisted Indian Street Food – BlackpoolCame across this pub on line on way back to Manchester . Had the Sunday dinner which was lovely only one small gripe the Yorkshire pudding was cold at the bottom . The staff were lovely and service efficient
Royal Oak Hotel – Garstang5 star!
The Courtyard – LythamThis was booked for my boyfriend’s birthday meal out as staying over in St. Annes. Overall it was fairly disappointing. The food was superb, second to none, each dish we had was lovely. Unfortunately the whole experience was let down by the non-existent atmosphere, it didn’t seem to have a personality and the staff, whilst efficient, we’re not overly friendly or didn’t know how to make customers feel welcome or build relationships. I imagine they’d have been at home in a Costa Coffee type role, but it didn’t work for us in a restaurant on a Saturday night! Plus the cheap back seats that had been plastered together with grey gaffer tape we’re not consistent with the rest of the decor. In addition, We ordered two cocktails to start the celebrations, and whilst my partner visited the facilities he notice that it was 2 for 1 cocktails on Saturday night. We mentioned this as the waitress bought ours over, and she just said ‘yes, it had to be two of the same’, so why didn’t she mention that out of courtesy when we ordered them…very odd!
Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesAmazing food, great atmosphere.
Amexicana Kitchen and Bar – LythamWe had a pleasant meal on Thursday evening. The restaurant was fairly quiet so lacked a bit of atmosphere. Our food was good but the unavailability of some of the menu options was a bit disappointing.
Thyme – PoultonA very enjoyable meal. The green curry was very tasty. Couldn't fault our meal. Would recommend.
Boonnak Thai Restaurant – BlackpoolWent here yesterday (2/8/24) for a mate date and I have to say the food was excellent. I had the shrimp as starter and they were brilliant. The sauce was well balanced and they were cooked to perfection. My mate had the wings which fell apart and were full of meat. Well worth ordering them as a starter. 10/10. As the main I had the OG burger and it was brilliant. Burgers were grilled to perfection and the bacon was sweet but smoky and complimented the cheese superbly. Only thing I would ask for is some chunky red onion on the burger, however there was a lot of 'slaw with red onion in it, however I smothered my fries in it. 9/10. My mate had the brisket as his main and that was out of this world. The meat literally melted in the mouth (the little bit he gave me!) safe to say it was gone in moments as it really was that good. I drank Amstel and he drank Camden but unfortunately he drank them out of Camden haha! 2 starters and 2 mains plus (I think?) 9 or 10 pints between us for a smidge over £90. Well worth the amount for the quality of food and the service we received. I look forward to trying Thors Hammer when it's available! I want to be the first to set the standard! Definitely will be visiting again soon.
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamThis was my second visit for afternoon tea at Lytham Hall and was as good as the first. Wonderful surroundings, great food and the waiting staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. My russian visitor was eagerly looking forward to her first English afternoon tea and this did not disappoint. Highly recommended.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamEnjoyed the afternoon, food well presented attention to detail, room set out lovely Staff very attentive at
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamCame midweek for a bite to eat and a beer. Friendly atmosphere, good service and the food was excellent! Very good prices, well worth a repeat visit!
The No 10 Bar and Kitchen – BlackpoolHad a lovely family meal, very good service, great food and large portions. Would highly recommend.
Royal Oak Hotel – GarstangAbsolutely lovely food, really enjoyed it,shame no poppadoms and we were told they don't eat them in India !my friend knows numerous people from India who found that hilarious.
Twisted Indian Street Food – BlackpoolWe have been before and absolutely love Afternoon Tea in gorgeous Lilibet’s! Hence, as we had two friends visiting from the USA, we thought it would be a wonderful idea to let them enjoy the quintessential british experience of a delightful afternoon tea in such beautiful and historical surroundings. Simon looked after us superbly and was a marvellous host, as always. In fact, all the team looking after us were wonderfully friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Lilibet’s is simply stunning and the table was beautifully set with gorgeous dated English porcelain tea cups, plates, etc., the retro music played the likes of Cole Porter & Gershwin in the background adding to the wonderful ambiance. The whole setting is unique, beautiful and the best way to enjoy a superb afternoon tea. I highly recommend visiting and perhaps taking in a tour of this magnificent and beautiful stately home. It’s smaller in size and an ideal and highly enjoyable afternoon past time. There’s so much history. Delightful!
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamFood and service was fabulous
Stefani’s Pizzeria – BlackpoolGreat service, all the staff were really friendly and good was excellent.
Royal Oak Hotel – GarstangI had been to visit the hall earlier in the year and spotted the tearoom. It looked so inviting and so when my dear friend had her 83rd birthday it was definitely somewhere to take her to celebrate. We really enjoyed the occasion and were cared for very well by the team lead by Simon. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was delicious, as was the endless coffee. We finished the day with a look round the hall before collecting our left overs to take home. What a treat! I have shared the tale with other friends and feel sure I will be back, hopefully soon!
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamWe had the Chicken Korma and the Potato and Spinach curry and shared. Both dishes were gorgeous. Never tasted better. The twisted rice was great too. Would upgrade to the twisted chips next time as the ordinary ones were...ordinary. Music a bit full on for this curry veteran but the superb food trumps that - and the slightly wonky tables. Not the cheapest but I can see why it was voted the best.
