The Courtyard – LythamFirst visit over the weekend. Brilliant food, lovely atmosphere, a very friendly and accommodating team and excellent service. Highly recommend the jerk chicken wings. Will definitely be back soon - hugely impressed!
The Courtyard – LythamFood quality is top notch. Unfortunately due to the busy opening weekend didnt have all the items on the menu that we wanted to try. But what we did have was amazing. Would highly recommend the pulled pork tacos and mac and cheese. Chips are very unique and tasty aswell. Really cool that you can see the food being dry aged in the different fridges placed around the restaurant. Very much looking forward to trying a brisket and some ribs the next time we come here to eat
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamWe visited Henry’s as part of their soft opening weekend. Although the food on the hole was good we found there are a lot of teething issues that need addressing in order for this restaurant to become a success. We arrived at 3pm and only left after around 6pm we waited long periods for both service and food having to go to the bar several times to ask for service and for our table to be cleared, although I appreciate there was only 2-3 staff on the floor it was small things like setting other tables whilst we where clearly sat waiting for the table to be cleared to order out desserts etc I feel more training and more staff is in order. The food itself although good the portion sizes where small for the prices paid, you have to remember their local competition for this kind of food is hickory’s in both penwortham and Fleetwood way although more experience the portions are huge. I also felt the place lacked atmosphere? Some music playing in the background to add to the theming such as southern rock and roll would have added to this it was very silent at times and didn’t add to the experience. We may return in the future but it won’t be for a few months until the teething issue are ironed out.
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamOur Sunday roat beef dinner was gorgeous and very tasty. Quick servive and very friendly staff. We be going again soon.
Thyme – PoultonNice food for Sunday brunch however, kids were abit confused that they were told that they couldn’t have scrambled eggs but the adults meal arrived with scrambled eggs. Service was quite poor, restaurant wasn’t too busy however no approach for more hot drinks even though our drinks had finished prior to food being delivered. Once bill arrived we were asked “what do you want to round it up to?” pressuring that we needed to provide a tip.
Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesFood was very tasty and reasonably priced. It was very busy which meant that service was a little slow, but the staff were attentive and helpful. Will definitely be back.
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamWhat an experience from start to finish Lovely welcoming atmosphere Great food, which is priced reasonable Fabulous service Will definitely be coming back
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamAbsolutely fantastic food! We went for opening night with our baby. The staff were really accommodating even though we were a little earlier than we had booked. I had the beef rib and some size which was delicious and a really good portion size! My partner had one of the hotdogs which she has been raving about since. Overall a great restaurant that I really hope will be a success as it’s great having such a nice option so close to home! Compliments to the chefs, very impressed!
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamWent on opening night, the food was amazing but there was more than a few teething problems. Will try again soon hopefully they will be ironed out
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamThe afternoon tea was a birthday gift and was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We booked for the Silver afternoon tea but added a couple of glasses of prosecco which topped off the occasion. The food, atmosphere and value for money were to the highest standards and the service superb. We had booked on the last service of the day and with just ourselves and two other people attending had the full attention of the host throughout and he made the day even more enjoyable by explaining about Lytham Hall, the Clifton family and their history. Highly recommended!
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamWe had our 1st visit to the N10 bar and we were not disappointed. The Thai menu had plenty of choice and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly.
The No 10 Bar and Kitchen – BlackpoolMy 80 year old mother and I had a lovely afternoon tea at Lilibets. The atmosphere was amazing, beautiful real fire and a wonderful host. The food was amazing including the warm scones. We would definitely recommend booking if you haven't been before. 10/10
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamFor my birthday I invited three friends for the Silver Afternoon Tea which was absolutely delightful. Lovely sandwiches, wraps, cakes, desserts and warm scones. The teapot was never empty and the service we had from our lovely waitress was second to none, there when needed but so unobtrusive. A lovely warm fire on a cold wet day, what more could you ask for. I would recommend it to anyone.
