If you are looking to enjoy Pulcinella's Tapas menu you should phone and make sure they have the food/dishes available to host such an event before you plan your evening at this venue. My husband and I were really looking forward to going to Pulcinellas to sample their tapas menu which, according to their website, commenced in January 2010 until February 2010. When we arrived we were offered no such menu. When we finally managed to catch someones eye to ask about the offer we were told that due to the bad weather the food had not arrived, then we were told it wouldn't be available on a Friday or Saturday night anyway. Nowhere on the website did it exclude these days. When another manager came over to see us we were then told the dishes for the tapas had not arrived. We were offered some sort of an apology but as we had such a long wait for our food to arrive it was of no consolation to us. The restaurant itself was very busy so we understand it can take some time for fresh food to be prepared but we felt we received no service and it seemed as we were not regular customers then our complaint was not taken seriously. Very disappointed and will not be making another visit.

We visited Saffron this Saturday night as part of a group of 9. We had been previously in a group and thought the meal ok, so had booked again. We had booked in advance, and arrived in plenty of time. 6 of the 9 opted for the 6 people banquet, while the remaining 3 of us chose our own meals; starters and mains. Our food order was taken, however when we went on to order wine, the waiter disappeared mid-order. A different waiter came to our table around 10 minutes later for drinks. We received our starters with no problems, however when the main came the waiter just began to put dishes out without us having any idea of what they were. We explained that one end of the table was having the set menu banquet- and said that the dishes for the banquet would be fine anywhere at that end. He continued to put the dishes where he had started, and when we explained again that some of us had ordered specific dishes, the waiter argued that we had said to just put the dishes anywhere. I was shocked at his tone and how rude he was. The service deteriorated from here and when we left, we left no tip. I will not be visiting Saffron again; as part of a group or with my partner; nor will I be recommending it to anyone. The service really let down an average meal and we left, feeling very disappointed.

5 of us had an excellent birthday meal. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and relaxed. The food is freshly cooked and excellent. The service is friendly and efficient. This is a welcome new restaurant and is well worth supporting.

We eat here as often as we can. The warm friendly service and fresh authentic ingredients keep us coming back. Try the Tempura prawn, and pad thai, awesome. Green curry good too.

We have been visiting the Red Fort for many years on a regular basis (sometimes every week). We have always found the food to be excellent, never had a poor meal or any cause for complaint, this also applies to the takeaway. The staff are always welcoming and provide really good friendly and professional service, a combination that is not easy to achieve. In our opinion this is the best Indian Restaurant in the Fylde area, and probably beyond..

For anyone not familiar with 'ToasT' - it is very centrally situated in Corporation Street- along from the Grand Theatre. Modern in design it has a great atmosphere. We have been a few times and it has become one of our favourite venues. A great highlight for us was when we booked the 'Christmas Special Dinner' for the evening of our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We were royally treated, the cuisine was first rate, there was a solo singer, and all in all we had a wonderful time.-Highly recommended !

went there last week with famliy and the food was really nice and the service we got was great, i never really wanted to go top buraq because i thought it will be rubbish but family insisted to go so i went. the food the place, was really good made and soafs great seated. they gave us a smile at the door when we walked in, the food didn't take too long but average as it was busy because of a saturday as expected. but the food was really great the people were really nice and a think people should go there often i would love to go again. they have some good looking workers lol i think they were really fit.....

This Sam Smith's house is selling quality beer ( all brewed by Sam Smiths) at embarrassingly low prices and because of the brewery's policy of no music, no children and no tv's it's perfect for enjoying a family get together or catching up with old friends. Why? because you can hear what people are saying for a change.

Called in today for a 2 course lunch, lovely atmosphere, food fantastic and good classic Greek menu. Will definitely go back for an evening meal. There is a good choice of snacks on the menu for a cheap lunch and I would also pop in for coffee and cake when shopping. Great to find such class in Layton and will be spreading the word!!

We ate at the Trafalgar on New Years Eve, and once again had a superb meal. The service was fantastic and friendly. The halibut was to-die-for. Gorgeous light cheesecake for dessert. This place is really on form at the moment!

Long gone are the unruly children running riot with no caring parent in sight! Thank you Toby Carvery for turning this horrible, dirty rip off of a brewers fayre around. The staff are always welcoming every time I visit and I always enjoy one of their cask ales in the bar before a good value for money fresh meal. I can't cook that meal with that variety of meat and veg for that price!! Keep up the good work!

not happy open plan kitchen but look close its not clean food was not the best ive had but suppose they are catering for pub trade watch out only a takeaway but needs a health check

The Dil Raj did the outside catering for my 40th Birthday. The food and service were excellent. They were able to advise on the food selection and quantities, ensuring that there was plenty of food available for the guests. I only made the arrangements a couple of days in advance, but they were extremely helpful. A first class service and I'd certainly recommend them to others. Many thanks.

I enjoyed having a meal at Toast. The cuisine was delicious and met all my expectations including the warm welcome service. The environment reminds me of bars down South and the decor too. As I always say no harm in trying new things because we are all different after all. I would highly recommend it. Moreover, I took my mum too and she his a fussy eater yet she liked the environment too.

i am writing to complain about my meal on xmas day at salters wharf in st annes,i booked for 3 people at a cost of nearly £120 ,i was dissapointed as the starter we ordered was salmon and prawns with bloomer bread but no bread arrived ,the carvery was lovely but then my pudding of treacle sponge with an endless jug of custard came with hardly any custard and no endless jug ! for the money paid i am very dissapointed.

Seven of us went for Christmas Day. Fantastic meal. We all had Shai Tokra starter which was devine, followed by an array of different curries and side dishes including a Chicken Tikka Phall. Copious amounts of Kingfisher & Cobra, all at £153.00. Outstanding food, good value, recommended. Will be back in the New Year. Thanks to all the Staff for a Christmas with a difference !!!
