Wah Wahs – BlackpoolIt was hubby's birthday last week, so we went to Jacks for "early doors". I have to say the food was excellent as was the whole evening. We did think about the specials and a la carte, but the choice on the set menu was so interesting that we stuck with that one. It is very refreshing to go out for a meal and not have the plate piled up, which can be very overfacing. The wine, the staff, the ambiance all contributed to a really lovely relaxing evening. Even though we were early doors, we not rushed and hurried out - terrific. I have to add that it is one of our favourite restaurants and look forward to the next time.
Jack’s Restaurant & Bar – St. Annes-On-SeaOn a recent visit to Blackpool with the family we stopped of here while passing. We were greeted by the chef who had recently took over and was exceptionally friendly. My husband had a carvery which was out of this world he said and stated it makes a change to have fresh veg as opposed to frozen. I had the spag bol and it was better than our local Italian. The waiter was well dressed and polite but very interested with his phone instead of us but it has not deterred us from going back next month.
Halfway House Hotel – BlackpoolGreat food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. The waiter was discrete, but had a good sense of humour. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.
Orathai Restaurant – Kirkhammust say the best fish and chips iv eaten in a long while. and sonny my rottweiler enjoyed his little treat too..
Taylors Fish And Chips – BlackpoolThis is now under new management. My partner picked up Fish And Chips for us and the kids - they were the best I have ever had. Even better than Whealens in Lytham. The chips were perfect, not greasy, cooked to perfection. The fish was fantastic quality - again cooked to perfection. We will be stopping off here every week from now on.
The Haven Fish Restaurant – St. Annes-On-Seahad the homemade soup delicious with lovely wholemeal fresh bread ordered the mini grill which could have fed two magnificent good pub grub make sure your hungry !!!!!!!
Guy’s Eating Establishment – Garstangfirst class service will be back on our next visit to Blackpool
Golden Palace – BlackpoolAbsolutely the best fish and chip shop in the world!!!! I am a regular visitor - the fish is beautiful, not too much batter either! I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
The Cottage – BlackpoolHad a lovely evening. Plenty of staff, all really pleasant. The food was fantastic. Apologies were given for delay between first and second course - although we said we didn't notice any delay, we were still offered a drink on the house. Can't wait to go again.
Buraq – KirkhamI went for the first time a couple of weeks ago, my chicken and noodles were tasty and reasonably priced. The lady who served us was polite, and the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated.
Wah Wahs – BlackpoolStumbled on this by pure chance. Having lived in Blackpool for ten years I was dubious, to say the least, about anywhere on Blackpool prom being up to standard. However, this restaurant served good quality, home cooked food at a reasonable price (8oz Sirloin for £6.95) and the service was friendly and efficient. With a stunning view overlooking the Irish Sea from the restaurant upstairs, I will certainly be going back. P.S. The cakes are to die for!!!
Waverley – BlackpoolI have been visiting this restaurant for a good few years and it is still easily the best Chinese in Blackpool. Thanks to Sue + Alan.
Paramount Chinese Restaurant – BlackpoolWe had a wonderful evening at this busy restaurant, food was great service was great, will be back soon ... Teri
Banthai – St. Annes-On-SeaWhat a find, service is excellent, food is fantastic. Prices are very good and offer excellent value when choosing the set dinners and on buffet nights. Always great portions.
The Great Season Chinese Restaurant – GarstangThis is the very best Indian restaurant, the food and the service are fantastic. Please do not be put off by the exterior as you wont get a better curry in the North West! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
Gemma Indian Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaSUNDAY LUNCH BUFFET is excellent. Many varieties to choose with. Ingredients are fresh. They change menu depending on the season. I must say the pouch salmon I had was excellent. If you have sweet teeth, you have to come. They have over 10 different cakes and dessert on the table. And the beautiful thing is they keep supplying new cakes all the time.
PIER @ St Ives Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaMyself and my husband along with a large number of friends go to this restaurant all the time the good thing about it for us is they normally always have the space for us. The food is the best Thai food I have ever had the lady's are all lovely and great with the kids. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone please don't be put off by the outside of the restaurant it is a bit dated but honestly it is well worth a try I don't think anyone who likes Thai food will be disappointed.
