We had a great meal at the Platform on a Friday night. The staff were attentive and the food was great. A good selection, large portions and very tasty. I recommend the fish and chips. The lasagne was a huge portion but too spicy for my dining partner. Will definitely go again, especially on a night when there is live music.

It has a great atmosphere, the staff are always super friendly, there's live music and if that's not enough they do bloody good food. They offer great quality pub grub options plus a really special Specials board with some super fine dining options. I've been many times now over the past few years and it never disappoints.

Also portions not very generous especially the fries. Added to that paying £ 2.20p each for a small carton of juice for them was rather extortionate.
