Great value with kids eat free, nice traditional sunday dinner, pound for pound the best sunday dinner in the area

Amazing food and service. Lovely friendly staff and beautiful place. The only issue was they needed the table back, which is understandable and not a issue, but there was nowhere we could sit in the bar area for a few extra drinks as a few of the tables in the bar area were reserved for dinners. so we ended up having to go else where which was a shame as we would have liked to stay for a bit longer. Wouldn't put me off going back for food though as the quality was outstanding.

Food itself was very good and well presented, went for the steak night which was excellent value for money. There was a mix up on the service which we were well compensated for and did not spoil the night. Will certainly visit again

Food was absolutely gorgeous. At first we thought it was a bit pricey but it because the portions are on the large size. We are all good eaters but we even struggled with the amount (we managed though) Staff really friendly. We went on a Wednesday at 5pm and had to book as it is very popular even mid week. We will definitely be going back

Food was fantastic, only downside my wifey thought the curry tasted like chip shop curry. I loved my mix grill! Will defo come back again and try more of the menu

Absolutely PERFECT my daughter and son in law decided to have their wedding meal at the Beehive even my fussy mother is still talking about the food it was amazing we will return.. thankyou

Our party of six enjoyed a lunch. Personally I found my main of Panaklety very tasty as did others choice of mince and dumplings and steak and ale pie. However the two party members who ordered fish and chips were left disappointed by their meal. Although it looked appetising the batter underneath was very undercooked and soggy. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant and the two party members chose not to relay their experience.

Fantastic evening , would defo come back again

Our first time going to the Beehive for food. We weren’t disappointed. Starters my wife had tempura prawns in lime and chilli sauce and I had the belly pork ( the best belly pork I have had) Mains my wife had lamb shank and I had beef slices triple cooked chips on a flat bread, Onion rings with peppercorn sauce. Cooked to perfection and so tasty, lamb fell off the bone. We couldn’t manage desert just a coffe to finish a perfect meal. Definitely will be going back. We

Visited for Sunday lunch, hubby had the beef and I had the trio of meats, beef, turkey and belly pork. Service was quick and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back

Fabulous Sunday lunch, compliments to the chef and great service

We’ve been 4 times in 5 or 6 weeks. Atmosphere is pretty good, Sunday lunch was very good. The main menu lacks variety. There are some quite ‘out there’ options. I think I had pie once and scampi twice. That’s me done for choice. We’ll leave it a while and hope the menu changes.

First time here and defo not the last . Food was unreal and great service . Highly recommend
