I want to start by saying how disappointed I am to be writing this review. We really wanted to enjoy our experience and were looking forward to our lunch Service No front of house . Manager looked miserable. Other staff were pleasant but all too young and inexperienced . We could see them all chatting , snacking and drinking behind the bar . No one asked us if our meal was ok Service was slow . Main course came 1 hr and 40mins after we arrived . The food./ drink Starters are expensive ( 4 florets of seasoned cauliflower for £8.95! We asked for extra bread for the Camembert and we’re charged £4.95 for a few slices ! The roast pork and chicken were very dry and the Yorkshire puddings tasted like frozen ones . Strangely the sticky toffee pudding comes with crème fresh , which doesn’t really go well together and we had to ask for more as there was a small spoonful given Decor It is lovely to look at. Great colour scheme etc. But there are a few negatives : (1) light fittings hang too low for staff to serve (2) the banquette seating is too high for the tables ( 3) the base plate of the tables are too wide (4) the cutlery look nice but are painful to hold

It was for my daughters birthday. We have been before but as a large group. Their were only 5 of us for a Saturday lunch. It was reasonably busy but not so much you were overwhelmed. Food was hot and tasty kids had a good time. Good value for money.

The place looks fantastic, the atmosphere was great, service exceptional , food very average pub grub , i had pork chop 4 piece of pork over cooked on a bed of mustard mash and half cooked cabbage , with hardly any sauce , fish day was cooked well but far too much aniseed flavour. The cheeseboard was awful 2 of the cheese were inedible tasted awful and 4 of us tried it so wasnt just personal taste have ate many times at their other restaurant heathfields tapas (food was far better there) so thought we was onto a winner , will give it another try as couldnt fault the service or ambience, and maybe just teething problems with the food and or suppliers

Great food served with a smile. Good value. The special lunch menu such a good idea.

We were so looking forward to our visit. The Fox Brasserie is just what the village has been waiting for. Exquisite decor, lovely atmosphere and a lovely welcome from Paul and all the staff. My hubby's fish dish was delicious and service was swift. My only quibble was the vegetarian burger was disappointing- I was expecting more than a bun, mushroom, tomato and sauce with a scraping of cheese. £15.95 was a bit steep in my opinion. That said all in all, a fantastic new addition to Keston but definitely for us, special occasion only venue for food.

It was just a quiet night so cant really give an accurate score for that Everything else Fab!

Lovely venue and atmosphere. Food good, but not sure about the food being served in bowls. Think that’s good for risotto type dishes, not necessarily pork loin etc. Thought main dish was slightly on the small side too. Deserts delicious. Only other comment would be the cutlery. Quite difficult to hold, as very thin handles. Overall, very nice with lovely staff and good service. Will return, as Heathfields is a firm Favourite of ours too.

Attended recently for dinner at the weekend with my husband. I was so impressed with the pub, the decoration is glorious, it’s a relaxed atmosphere whilst still feeling high end. So pleased to have this locally. would give 2 small comments on service, we had a lovely young lady serving us, she was tentative, but seemed new. Her knowledge of menu was limited when we asked questions and I would usually suggest opening the wine at the table and offering a steak knife. Food and drinks were fabulous so we will absolutely be back!!

The Fox (under new ownership from January 2024) has a lovely decor and atmosphere and the food was excellent. Paul and his team are very welcoming, we would highly recommend.

What more can we say…. we’ve already made another reservation!!

As per usual Darren and the team looked after us 4 on a really busy Sunday. Never had to wait for any drinks and considering all 4 of us had completely different meals it was a really quick. Best food and large portions in the whole area. We go out a lot and have been to everywhere for lunches and dinners within 15 miles of Tonbridge and this is the best service, food, portion size by far.

The Sunday lunch was really good, all three plates were fantastic. Could have been a little warmer, but the gravy sorted that. I'm a fan of cask ales, and was disappointed to be told by the barman that the only hand pull with a visible clip was just about to run out. He didn't charge me for the half we risked which was nice. Ordered a large glass of Malbec for the meal and was disappointed again to see that two han pumps started serving when I'd already got the wine. I would have preferred some real ale instead of the wine! consequently the poor service mark.

Love the Bangkok Pavilion, been going to Deal for years, whenever we are down, we always try to get booked in , the food is great, the deco hasn't changed over the years but that is part of it's charm,

Absolutely beautiful food and incredible service. We will definitely be returning.

A gorgeous venue and a great addition to the local area. Really hope it’s a success.

Been coming ever since it opened and havent yet had a bad meal. It is always superb with wonderful service. Looking forward to coming again next time we are in Deal.

Friday was my first time at Spoon Chatham. The food and staff was fantastic, I’ll definitely be visiting again. Thank you
