Stayed at The Bay Tree Hotel whilst working away and it felt like a home from home. Spotlessly clean, warm and inviting. The food was delicious, healthy and fresh in a calm setting. The chef was welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again :)

The staff are extremely friendly, efficient, and the food always top-notch. They remember their regulars, even if we haven’t been for quite a while. Fast service, good menu selection, even for vegetarians. Good range of spiciness available to suit all tastes.

The food was cooked very well and one of our party was a vegetarian and said her meal was one of the best she ever had. So will be back again for sure.

We were overheard by the server and presented us with a plate decorated with Happy Anniversary which was such a nice gesture and a surprise. Food was delicious and plenty of it and far more vegetarian choices than some pubs/restaurants. Will be back.

This historical pub has a cosy atmosphere and staff are helpful, cheery and knowledgeable. Check the website to see if it's open as it's often closed if there is a wedding on.
