We had the most fabulous evening. The starters and seafood in particular were delicious and the staff charming.

I used to come here for the strong cider when I was a teenager in the 60's. Yesterday I had lunch with 3 old friends from those days, and we had a lovely lunch. The food was good (I had Greek-style meatballs) and mine hosts were welcoming. We shall definitely come again

Three friends and I enjoyed a dinner at the Barn on Tuesday, and couldn't fault it. Lovely atmosphere too, and pleased that the fish are still there in the pond! We dined on the patio at the back of the restaurant, and can recommend it.

Was greeted warmly on arrival and made welcome. Great choice of food and not rushed between courses. It’s our local so intend to try out more often!

I’ve been going to this very pleasant pub for my dinner break only having two pints . But looked at menu & thought would be a lovely place to take the wife for spot of lunch . So I did this Saturday & was not disappointed great food. Good service . Definitely visit again

Our time at Vesuvius was excellent. This was our third time here and the food was perfect as well as the service. The carbonara was delicious and the bufalina pizza was excellent. The staff were lovely and so helpful. They have a range of drinks on their menu as well.

I have visited twice in the last month and both times it has been excellent. We visited as a larger group (12 people) on fathers Day and the team at the plough did a superb job, service was amazing, food excellent and everyone had a really good time. Yesterday we went for a lunch and again the staff work so hard to make sure it is an excellent experience! Thank you - how a pub should be!!

On behalf of the whole family I just wanted to say a huge thank you to The Bay Tree for hosting the wake for our beloved auntie on 29th June. The plentiful buffet was delicious and enjoyed by everyone including the vegans and vegetarians. The reflective music was a nice touch and the icing on the cake was that we could sit on the patio overlooking Stone Bay and reminisce about happy, sunny days spent there with our aunt.
