Visited lunch time 11th May. Authentic Italian food, lovely presentation, lovely staff, lovely host, lovely time. We shall return.

Pub had a beautiful beer garden & a bonus play area for the grandchildren. Food was lovely. And fair price. Would definitely book again.

Visited for dinner on Friday 6th May and as usual came away completely satisfied! Very well looked after, lovely food and a great ambience. Could not have asked for more, but that's to be expected from this first class restaurant! Thanks again.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. When I visited a couple of months ago you served the steak in a baguette with salad and chips. That was absolutely amazing. When we visited yesterday the steak was served in huge hunks of bread, which I couldn't eat or even hold in my hand, with the salad inside the bread and we paid extra for the chips which we hadn't previously done. I don't mind paying for the chips but please serve the steak in a baguette to make it more managaeable.

Lovely lunch out. Beautiful pub, really attentive friendly staff. Had the turkey escalope with a ep per corn sauce which the waiter said was nee on the menu, and they should definitely keep it on there. I nearly licked my plate.

Bank holiday Monday so thought it would be chaotic, but it was reasonably quiet. Lovely atmosphere pleasant and attentive staff. Lovely food and generally a great experience

Food and staff were lovely. They’d run out of mushrooms for the breakfast menu but everything else was perfect.

Amazing service. Staff are incredible and made us feel extremely welcome. Service was extremely quick which was amazing. Lovely outdoors and such a nice walk down to the pub. The only disadvantage I would have to say was the food - I had roast chicken and it didn’t have a lot of flavour, no traditional trimmings like stuffing or a Yorkshire pudding so was a little dull and way over priced. Others on the table had a burger and said it was incredible though. Thank you again. Would come back but not for a roast.

visited here for a staff leaving lunch after a recommendation from a colleague, initial impressions were good. lovely setting and decor. Wasn't very busy during the mid week lunch but there was a longer than expect wait for our lunch. Food was hearty and delish when arrived and we all enjoyed what we had ordered. however we ordered desert off the board but felt some what disappointed.... I had M&M sundae which has about 4 M&M's in it and the rest was ice cream and cream, my friend had bounty and thought it might be more coconut..and mint aero was also disappointing with a few crumbled mint aeros on the top. We felt they could have added a bit more to make them worth the £6.50 cost.
