Visited for a pre-booked evening meal on a very busy night. Service was excellent from well trained staff who were friendly with terrific senses of humour. The food was excellent. We both went for chefs specials and we weren't disappointed

Food nice, service good. Disappointing that the menu was not the same as the one outside the pub, we were looking forward to the stuffed chicken breast. Room we were sat in was very cold.

Best pub in Keswick by a mile. Food is great and good value. Great atmosphere and nice coal fire.

Visited The Pheasant for Sunday dinner and would definitely recommend Very cosy pub. Warm welcome. The service was excellent and the roast beef sunday dinner was delicious. Will definitely come back when we're in the lakes

We had a lovely meal at the Pheasant, the food was delicious. The service was perfect and the atmosphere there is very friendly. This is not the first time we have been there and it will not be the last.

Excellent atmosphere and service from the moment we arrived. We had an extra diner which was catered for without any fuss whatsoever. We all selected either chicken or beef pies and both were superb, nothing was left on any plates at all. Value for money was very good, all in all, a cracking meal in a cracking pub.

Wonderful meal, great value and we were well looked after. Too full for pudding but will be back to try them.

We visit the pheasant inn every time we come to Keswick. Food lovely as always. Staff friendly and attentive. Look forward to our next visit.

Been here a few times now and the food was fabulous as usual. Busy pub so need to book. Lamb was tender, plentiful with a selection of perfectly cooked vegetables. Staff are helpful, friendly and attentive. Great place.

Food choice is very good. Quality of food was first class and good service from polite staff.

Disappointed that steak pie looked like a rather flat plate pie with very few chunks of meat - must have been that tender it disintegrated. However camembert starter was tremendous, staff friendly and wine and beer were good!

As always we received a warm, friendly welcome by all the staff. The food and wine was absolutely delicious, all served with a smile. Can't recommend enough and we will definitely be back next time we are in Keswick.
