Kirkby Lonsdale is a historic market town located on the border between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales on the River Lune. Famous for it's Devils Bridge - a regular meeting place for motorcyclists and it's Victorian Fair held every September. There are many dining options including pubs, tearooms and hotels.
Went for 3 nights. 2nd night risotto was well overcooked but we didn't get charged and were promised a free drink last night however we didn't get it! Overall food was lovely though and we would go back. Just dont promise and under deliver

The staff are attentive, friendly and always smiley which makes for a lovely experience. Value for money, a warm and welcoming atmosphere and great decor. Highly recommend.

This is a place we have been frequenting for almost 40 years, and under its current management we feel that it is at its best ! We were so well looked after by lovely, friendly and attentive staff. The menu was tempting and different, so much so that we found it difficult to make our choices ! All at a very reasonable price too, compared with other local establishments who are also finding it difficult to keep prices down due to ever increasing costs. Looking forward to our next visit already !

We have been several times before and would definitely return. The service is excellent and very friendly and the restaurant and bar is lovely.
